The workers are very sweet and they do an AMAZING job every time! I’ve been going back to them ever since September of 2019. I highly recommend them. And Sue is my favorite ever! ️

A very nice nail shop. Everyone work together and help each other when they get swamped. Sue has a great sense of humour & a hard worker that can paint any design on your hands or feet. Go there if you love being pampered. This is a great place.

I went there to have dipping powder nails taken off. The lady had no clue of what she was doing. She did not let the powder dissolve, she kept removing my fingers from the liquid solution and kept filing filing the nail to the extent of overfiling my natural nail which has left my natural nail uneven and brittle. I am dissappointed.

Waited over an hour, & I even had made an appointment too.plus my nails were so crooked! But the lady was nice at least.

I had the deluxe pedicure. It was nice and the massage chair felt great too. I woild have enjoyed a more vigorous slightly longer massage but overall it was a relaxing pampering experience.

They always know what I want and doesn't give me any issues beingthe last customer always lol. Thanks ladies.see tonight or tomorrow for a polish change

They left my nails looking like gum, they came out all bumpy and Crooked, I really don’t recommend this place.

I don't mind waiting when I have an appointment, however, I am annoyed if I wait longer than 15 minutes and I have an appointment. Waiting over an hour when I had an appointment ticked me off. If you running 30 minutes or more behind text or call client it's common curiosity. The clients should do the same if they are running late.

First off i asked for a certain nail design they didn't have it but i was fine with what they had my issue was not only did the nail tech not know what she was doing but she also rushed my nails made them super thin so thin that i have a broken nail and i just got them done yesterday not only am i not EVER COMING BACK but I'm also dissatisfied with yall work ethic y'all are also lazy how are u the nail tech asking me HOW TO PUT THE DIAMONDS THAT I PAID FOR ON MY NAILS BADDD N WORST EXPERIENCE EVER DO NOT PAY TO GET YOUR NAILS HERE.your better off doing them somewhere else shitiest job I've ever seen on my hand rt

So where do I start I went on a Friday on Monday my right pointing finger had popped off like a press on an four other nails where lifting at the bottom so on Tuesday I went back Ms. Cindy put my nail back on an fixed my other nails new glue an gel at the bottom on Saturday on my left two the were lifting popped off my pointing finger and my middle now my hand look so tacky an the other nails aren't coming off any time soon because I just got them done don't spend your money I refuse to go pack a third time I'll just be wasting my time it's clear they can't do nails or she can't lol

I only come here to get my nails done here no where else I love them all but sue have to be my favorite sorry and they are all so nice and just great at what they do?

For the most part, I am pleased with the service. However, I am not pleased with their attitude about correcting chipped polish. When I returned within a couple of days for repairs on my chipped polish I was told that they do not guarantee the polish on natural nails. Have natural nails going out of style? I learned that they do have special nail polish that does not chip, but this polish costs $20 extra. I paid the $20 extra. Three days later I had a significant chip. Returning tomorrow for repairs.

Tuesday they have a $25 special for a Mani & Pedi, they lied it's not $25 it's whatever they think your feet should be charged. When I went there 3 months ago they charged me $35 I was OK with that. This time she charged me $45. So she got no tip for charging me $20 dollars extra for a service that says on there window for $25. I will no longer go there anymore and will tell people that they should avoid this place.

Not very happy. Went there since it was reccomended in a Facebook group. I wanted a basic pedicure and manicure. She talked me up on the pedicure because I had calluses-no biggie, I needed it. The paint looks alright, but she got it on my skin and just left it. She didn't shape the nails well, really didn't clip my cuticles or push them back. She then talked me into getting dip on my nails, basically refusing to do a manicure because they don't last as long. She was super pushy and I should have just walked. The dip looks terrible, she didn't do the "manicure" part, soaking, clipping cuticles, etc. She seriously ONLY painted/dipped them. Then she put a design on my nails without even asking me? Now I look like a three year old. My nails hurt and the dip is lumpy. Probably going to soak them off myself within a week. I don't reccomend this place.

Be prepare to take more money on Tuesdays, they have a special for an express meni and pedi for $25.at the end she told me that she was charging $40 because she was doing my meni and onther girl my pedi and needed to pay her $20 from that.and she counted the $5 tip I gave her in front of me.

HORRIBLE PLACE! I 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND ROSE NAILS. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IF YOU ARE GOING TO GET A PEDI. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND JUST ASK A 2 OR 3 YEAR OLD TO DO IT.
