Ross Dress for Less, Katy TX

Nice location and decent selection of clothes and shoes to pick from and for once i found a ross where things arent all over the floor. What i really liked was the friendly staff. Jehan was extremely sweet and patient with me and my wife as we had a hard time finding the proper shoe size for some high heels she liked. Ended up finding a good fit and again she was just really adorable. We thanked her for the help and she said "here at ross we treat our customers like kings and queens" and she was just the sweetest person ever, it just really made our day.

The name says it dress for less is true, a lot great items, toys, colgne, perfume, but a gift for anyone

This location has best customer service, most organized and the cleanest. No long wait nor plandemic COVID line out the door either. So this and the one closest to IKEA are my favorite as far as inventory. This one always has more than enough parking unlike the one on Fry and I10. Anyhow, they get a truck everyday of new inventory so visit more than once per week if you can.

Great Ross store! I checked the reviews before I went here shopping today. I found the Store to be clean and organized. I noticed all the reviews about the store being dirty messy, what about you not destroying the store not putting the clothes on the rack and throwing shoes on the floor.

I'm handicapped and using a rollator walker. This obviously means I'm a thief and need to be stared at and followed around the store by loss prevention because I have a bag with a medical machine. This was so uncomfortable that everyone started to stare too and I left without purchasing a thing. Never again. I've never been so embarrassed in my life.

A hot mess! Most Ross stores you have to dig, browse, and search. This store is mostly filled with junk. Packages missing items, torn clothes, long lines.

Great location in katy mill mall, Entrance from inside and outside from the mall you can conveniently directly go to Ross if you need to, no need to enter from mall sides. Huge selection of items for home, Clothes, jewelry, makeup, shoes, decorations, pottery, some furniture is also you will find in the center of store. Friendly, helpful and professional Customer service. I recommend this place.

The staff was nice. The security guard turned off the sensor on the shoes that we were trying on because the noise was annoying. I was able to find some scarfs and a pair of shoes. The store was clean and the line was not long so I was able to get in and out.

Mona, the dressing room attendant, was the rudest person I’ve encountered in a long time. She needs a job away from the public. Ruined my entire shopping experience.

Always great finds. Found my son some purple and gold adidas super star for $39.99. The deals are unbelievable.

6 security guards also doing janitorial work and only 2 cashier's.
Big groups can cause the line to be slow.
Much cleaner and better selection than other Ross locations.

I have vista this location on Sunday, The only associate who was friendly and customer obsessed is the fitting room attendant.surprisingly it wasn’t busy which I didn’t expect.but the store was still in terrible condition.but I catch some areas which was okay.

Great quality designers for ladies n gents at amazing bargain price. Like a black Friday store. A must visit

The prices are fine but the store just seemed sloppy like it wasn't really taken care of. The clothing was cute though for a mall store.

Good shop to get bagrain deals. You get lucky and get good deals. The home decors are good to buy here. There are always good collection of clothes and baby kid toys and clothes. The shoes are also good. The variety of handbags and perfumes in a note to watch. Always a good time to shop here or at any Ross stores. Recommended!

You have to dig through racks of style abominations, but my kid always manages to find something cute here. This week, we walked out with a hoodie for her boyfriend, and two shirts, two jackets, and a pair of socks for her, all for about $78.

There is always something at Ross and there is always something that makes you wonder who did they have in mind when they made that?

Limited home decor items. Bought 2 lamps and didn't bag them because they had no large bags. It was around noon.
