Ross Dress for Less, Houston TX

The line for checkout was literally through to the back of the store! I waited in line for 30 minutes or more and had to bring back the items I bought. It took another 15 minutes to return the items even though I was the only one in the return line. The cashier looked completely confused over a partial cash, partial credit card payment/return. The store was also extremely dirty and the selection was seriously lacking.

Great prices great stuff just can beaely find what I'm looking for, I do find nice stuff but it's all over the place which makes it harder to find anything, prices got a 3 star

Horrible costumer service, cashiers don’t greet costumers, when I did she ignored me. They for sure need to learn some basic manners. SMH

Horrible the line is very long and only 2 cashiers, one of them works fast but even with that it takes time to get out.

I asked if they had some used tighty whities and they laughed in my face, so I sprayed pepper spray on the toilet paper.

I was there last week, and couldn't, use a fittingroom because it was close. But generally I like the shop.

As usual, store is messy. Assuming the reason is the weekend before Christmas, the lines are long[er] and wrap around on the inside the store. The only reason I occasionally go to Ross is because there is always a good houseware find and Christmas time is a good time to gift houseware items.

The only location that had friendly staff.opposite to other Ross stores around.this one is the best

I'm a Rossaholic and visited this store from out of town. There was hardly anything in the store and the selection of what was there was very poor. I was very disappointed.

I always have to do a walk through at Ross. Ties, shirts, shoes. I am looking for quality at a price. I don't always buy. I do always check to see which Ross Store has which items. You never know unless you check regularly.

This store is horrible. Haven't been in it for a year but new mgmt is not good. Trash store.sorry, not sorry!

Although there are some great finds there are two things that I despise when going into a Ross. The stores seem to always be unorganized, I know tons of other bargain hunters rummage through all day but it doesn’t seem to get maintained throughout the shift. The other is the amount of time to check out, long lines and long checkout times. The cashiers are going as fast as they can but here appears to be no real system in place.

Close to home & great selections but definitely can be organized better. The fitting rooms are in need of an update & better lighting as well.

The store was too junky. Cloths on the floor and I couldn't find anything. I will not be returning to Ross.

Store was really busy. Long lines. Things on the floor. A couple of more employees would had made a difference

Really messy. Not enought cashiers. Especially on a saturday. I love ross but will not be coming back. My family has been a faithful ross shopper for almost 10 years. Ask for help and the lady was very rude and just shrugged off my mothers question about a certain garment. Somebody needs to call attention to a general manager or DM.

I was filthy and trashy. It sad since i came from the hood this looks worse then the one on SW area.

The employees are really rude. If you ask for help they will give you an attitude. Even if you are polite to them.

Love the store. Clothes are at a very reasonable price. And it has plenty of household items, beauty products. All at a great price. Can get busy and crowded.

Some black skinny lady from theft protection keep following people around the store she really makes people feel uncomfortable! The cashiers are not friendly at all! Don't shop here
