Love Ross! Shelves are getting a little bare though. This COVID-19 has impacted everything! Gotta keep stimulating the economy.

Just had the rudest service ever I have been coming here for a long time now but after this service from Christina something I would not recommend anyone to shop here if you don’t like customer service jobs then don’t get one just horrible

The racks are usually all crazy and sometimes stuff isn't where it should be. The lines are forever long. I only go there if I am looking for something specific. Good prices, but you won't find me there often. I don't have hours to dig through racks to find a bargain.

This one currently opens a half hour earlier than others. Always seems staffed well and lines are not usually too long (which can certainly be an issue at Ross).

Usually this store seems unorganized which makes it difficult to find certain things you may be looking for.

Great deals and finds if you are willing to dig. Good brands are available at a steal. This branch is a little cramped because of all the available merchadise which is both a bad and good thing.

I dropped my wallet with my debit card and $100 cash while shopping here. When I went to the front counters, Heaven reported that someone had turned in the wallet, but when I opened it up the cash was gone. I asked her if we could check the cameras to see who stole my cash, and she asked Tanya about it, who said there’s a limited view of the cameras and we wouldn’t be able to see who stole it unless they stole it at the front near the registers. When I directly asked Tanya if the back cameras work or not she said “I’m not supposed to respond to that”. I asked if I could look at the cameras anyway (so I could see who turned in the wallet) and she messaged their store manager Amanda to see what they could do, which was nothing. She said even if I filed a police report and the police checked the cameras they wouldn’t see anything, and during this whole interaction they were pretty dismissive. Basically, there was no sympathy and no customer service.

Ross always takes some to dig through but it's worth it! You can find awesome deals in Ross if you're patient and diligent.

Great place to find top name brand products. Clothes shoes accessories luggage perfume etc. Enjoy the savings. Employees are very helpful.

Aileen is awesome! Usually when you go to Ross you have to wait in line forever. She gets people out quickly with a smile too!

Always find something I can use at a price I can afford. Just bought garden pots, ceramic, for $8 while other discount stores selling plastic ones on sale for $15

Customer service is lethargic but goods are stocked neatly making the shopping experience above average.

Ross is a bargain basement hunter's dream! Most times there is a FIND! Designer goods sometimes but there is always something. Kitchen, bathroom, wall furnishings, luggage, bags, perfume etc.all at deep discounted prices.
Cocktail and summer dresses! Really good styles!
Parking is good, employees are helpful however stote is messy and bathrooms a no go area.
