Ross Dress for Less, Houston TX

The store may be packed with merchandise but not everything is updated. The prices are good. But the lack of employees being on the sales floor, sometimes causes unnecessary messes that makes shopping not so pleasant.

Sometimes i like this location, on days i dont its usually because its way toooooo packed and messy. Not enough workers on a shift

Horrible Ross location!
Cashier with the blonde hair is rude as hell! I’m not sure if she’s having personal issues or needs a lunch or maybe just more money but she needs to get it together. You work in retail honey being friendly and helpful is half of what you get paid for.
Disappointed.
I won’t ever return.

Store is ok, but don't expect customer service. Here's what has happened to me:
1) They don't know what to do if a child is missing. You will get blank stares. Help might come from bystanders.
2) You might get charged for random stuff. It's happened several times already. Check your receipt!
3) Nobody knows how to help. They just look at you with blank stares!

Terrible store.

Fairly organized however when asked assistance with a specific item we were just pointed in a general direction. I really feel as a sales associate you should be able to provide more assistance.

I come here often very often and last time i was in need of going to the bathroom and they had no toilet paper and i requested some and they made me wait more than 10 minutes and then a women appeared came by with attitude and went to the back room another 10 mintues and never came back out i left annoyed because all they had to do was get more paper i would do my buisness and shop comfterably and i had to go find a bathroom somewere else and never came back and 2 weeks later i give this ross another chance and im being followed by 3 diffrent staff i felt uncomfortable the whole time i buy some stuff but decided not to come back again the fact that i was being followed alot made me feel bad like im some criminal and i know its their job to secure thieves but following me by diffrent people is messed up i wont be coming back, after i left i went to marshalls and felt like they were doing the same thing but they were not i know i wont feel the same again because of this experience if i could i would 0 stars for this.

The place is great place to shop at but what ruined it was the security lady at the front. She is rude plain and simple.

Nice clearance sections but check date before you buy snacks and coffee. Many products out of date.

Security woman at the door would not allow me to shop because I came into the store with a piece of a KitKat.

Why didn't I shop here sooner?
Probably about $500 worth of clothing all together.

I HAD ASKED 2 DIFFERENT STORE STAFF ABOUT HELPING ME LOCATE SEVERAL ITEMS
I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND THEIR REPLIES
NOT SURE ABOUT LANGUAGES
MANAGER SAID THAT THEY WERE UNDER STAFFED AND. LOOKING FOR STOCK FOR A CUSTOMER. WAS NOT DONE '. FUNNY I THOUGHT CUSTOMERS WERE IMPORTANT!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would there’s a lady blue eyes blondish Hair she’s Hispanic though VERY RUDE & disrespectful has no type of idea what customer service is I wish I would of got her name! Literarily had walked Away from and her attitude. You are in retail if you don’t like what you do then don’t work there!

Extremely poor customer service, the employees are so rude and not friendly at all never going back.

One of my favorite stores for housewares and toys. As of late, the quality of the offerings improved even more although the prices stayed very accessible.
