Ross Dress for Less reviews
11It was a mess! Filthy bathrooms, shoes were tried on and just thrown on the floor. Lots of empty shoe racks. Extremely long lines. I noticed lots of empty shelves too. It was a disappointment.
35 PEOPLE IN LINE AND ONLY ONE CASHIER FOR 20 MINUTES OTHERS WITH THERE HEAD NOT IN RIGHT PLACE
Messy and shorthanded. We put all or stuff back because the long line didn't even move for 15 minutes. I know the employees were doing their best, though.
Line to the back of the store. Two cashiers, a lady who appears to be front end supervisor just walking around cleaning the front instead of hopping on a register to alleviate the backup. She then allows a Cashier to go on break in the midst of the backup and then decides to hop on a register. With no sense of urgency or care at the huge line or customer experience. Poor front end management, not paying attention.
Great selections of clothes and housewares. Pleanty off add on for the household as well. It foes get busy but be patiant. The cashiers are fast
The WORST ROSS I've ever been to. Second busiest shopping day of the year and they have TWO cashiers. The line is 20 people long and has been ALL DAY. Every available person trained on a cash register should be working! Ridiculous!
Girls went shopping here and found what they wanted. The wait for checkout was extensive though but worth the wait considering the bargains we got.
Today while shopping with my sister and I found an open bag of "Lindor" candy and said to myself I'll share said info with the check out cashier.
After my sister made her purchase I explained the following. The cashier assumed that I was joking and charged me full price. I asked to speak with a manager and the cashier informed the manager that I wanted to speak with her.
The manager did not have the common courtesy to speak with me regarding the incident. But rather insinuated that I was lieing and opted to charge me full price.
Ross is a ok place to shop and EVERYONE knows it, so they are always super over-piicked. They remind me of a Walmart, never enough registers open.
This location had a good selection. But the check out line was entirely too long to wait. They had a bigger selection of shoes than Target. These spiked heels stood out, they are super cool; if I didn't have spine problems I would have bought them.
