I’m surprise this store don’t have a store manager so they said. ANNA & JULISSA that didn’t wanted to return my items

My wife just left this store 12/21/2021 around 3: 00pm
She wanted to Return some items but she didn’t have a receipt but she had a picture on her phone of the receipt I have gone to other store never had any issues with returning a item with a picture on my phone in till now. Ask to talk to a manager both ladies said there’s no manager at the store.
I will be going back myself to return my items.
This is not acceptable
They should know the policy especially the return department that you can accept a picture of the receipt

It’s like the only Ross in Oak Cliff, other than the one by Target, I just feel like they lack in variety of clothing, blankets, and baby clothes compared to other Ross’s. They don’t ever have enough of anything.

It's a great place to shop very very super low prices but again you got to find out when they bring in their merchandise because see you go a day late there's nothing to shop for

I love Ross but hate the long lines. Service is always slow. I decided to put my 2 items back instead of waiting.

Ross one of the best clothing stores for the whole family, and not only that, but lots of other things. Go visit I highly recommend

This Ross has a lot of nice household items. They have good stock of household items and decor. The manager is nice and very professional!

It was very busy and no clothes or merchandise on the floor. Workers kept the merchandise in it's place. My daughter found what we wanted.

I like Ross as a store. But this one was under par for cleanliness. It is nothing to keep you from going but their is a lot of items out of place. It hard to shop when everything is in the wrong size area.

I like everything about Ross but I do not like the way the underwear and be the bed sheets are all stacked together it's all everywhere you don't know which one it is!

I said good morning to the security guard. He waited until I got in the middle of the store and said oh good morning ma'am. He was too busy running his mouth to a Ross employee. He was not watching his 12,3,6 and 9. Someone could have stole something and ran off with it. He was not alert. Oh well. But besides that it was okay. I did not see ANY school uniforms.

This is my favorite store. Ross have things for the house, car, your pet, gifts and clothing. My only hang up is the long lines. I've left baskets full of items because I didn't want to wait in the extremely long lines.

I didn't find what I was looking for. I went in with one thing in mind. I was looking from the bathroom towels and they didn't have the color.

Since it was my first time I was confused as to the correct procedure when it came time to pay. Other than that it was a good experience.
