Like to shop for bargins, you just need to rummage through many racks also items are not always placed in the right place or marked with the right size so make sure and verify yourself. You will always find good deals.

Not well stocked, clothes not sorted into sizes well and lots half hanging off hangers, staff not helpful they seemed not wanting to deal with customers. This was not the enjoyable experience I've had at other Ross stores.

Prices are low but very limited collection.
I would love to visit again to continue my hunt of finding something that I love.
I really wanted to buy, but unable to find my size or the products are out of stock.

It was ok.they just didn't have much clothing for my 11yr old daughter that was a size zero no shorts or shirt.

First time Ross Customer here. Unfortunately was a bad experience with Lilly the Manager (with blue hair) at Braker Lane Ross. I went today (09/11/2021) to return some of the products which I had purchased a week ago. When she started doing the refund she was very rude and started telling me that some of the items are used. Secondly she also mentioned to me that some of the items were registered as already returned in their inventory system. Thirdly she said that one of the items that I had purchased had a tag for a totally different product which I did not see. If a person at Ross sold me a product which I paid for and I am returning it why should a customer be held accountable for their mismanagement of inventory handling. She then went on to refund me for 5 items out of the 8 items I had intended to refund but she gave me a receipt which on further checking revealed that she never actually refunded.but did keep the item with her. So I asked her to double check. When she double checked she noticed that she had missed 3 items her angry and disgusting attitude towards me changed. She started to be more amicable all of a sudden. She started to help me to return the remaining items. This was my first visit and also my last to this Ross. I will stay clear of this chain. I feel bad for customers that might be charged for products that they think they have bought but are getting a entirely different product.or they are purchasing a used product sold as new.

I love Ross in general and this one had a good selection, but not a very friendly fitting room associate.

By 7pm on Sunday evening the store looked like a hurricane had hit it and nothing was even close to where it belonged (sizing, fabric, or season) and I'm not sure the day started much better considering the amount of actual garments to floor space ratio was more easily averaged in parts per million terms rather than anything resembling even a discount "dress for less" type store.

Three stars because they have good prices on decent brands and styles but good luck finding one you like in a size you can wear.

Poor selection poor customer service specially from Josue the cashier that has a horrible Edger haircut he was not professional at all manager wasn't either will not be going back to this Ross
