Ross Dress for Less, San Antonio TX

I mean, it's a ROSS. But this location is usually pretty good. Haven't had a disappointment here yet.

I found a great deal
I purchased a pair of pants and blouse for the holidays and a very good deal. Good purchases Ross is my number one store.

There was a sign at the front door asking people to wear masks. People were walking in with no masks and the greeter did nothing.

Cashier spoke Spanish and I don't. He had to be told twice that items weren't mine and stop scanning them onto my ticket but he didn't understand it seemed. Then I told him please wrap my glass candles and he placed them in a bag not wrapped. I asked for the paper to be told no paper. They rarely have any at this location or any to be honest. My mug was thrown at bottom of bag and broke he took no responsibility for that and charged me not taking it off.

UNBELIEVABLE i am a pre teen girl in middle school looking for anything other than rainbows, unicorns, lol dolls and other 5 year old stuff BUT for the boys section there's teen boy clothes like Adidas and champion and actual big sizes and there's 4 racks of all the good teen clothes and the girls have 5 3 year old clothes racks

It has its good and bad days where they have limited items but one can understand with the Covid still in existence. I can generally say it is well kept. I appreciate all those that continue to work through this pandemic.

Line to check out was huge. Decided I didn't want my purchase enough to suffer thru the wait so walk out with out purchasing anything.

Creepy greeter/loss prevention guy started the bad experience, the messy store made it worse. This has to be one of the grossest locations I've visited.

This place is OK to shop. This store get a little busy and messy, but that goes on the people that shop there. Otherwise the clothes is pretty good and well priced.

This store was an absolute mess. I walked in and walked right back out! Maybe the hours should be shortened until the store is properly staffed.

I really love going to Ross, because you always find the most interesting items! The prices are reasonable and always different treasures to find!

Ugh. It looked like a liquaditon sale took place! There was nothing on the shelves, by far the worst Ross I've shopped in. That's right, I didn't shop there because there wasn't much to pick from.

I got clothes for $20 which I don't like it, when the give me a one dollar, cose l don't have the respite, they don't accept returns sometimes.

I went shopping to find a picture to hang on one of my walls. Ross was the first store I went to and was so happy to find the perfect piece to hang on my wall. I love it. It was also a great price!

Found A few Blouses that fit me & my daughter! Thank Goodness! Do not like to go return especially with this pandemic going on. Can't wait till the dressing rooms are back open.

The girl named Crystal that works there needs to get a new job along with her attitude fixed. She’s lazy and should not be in customer service. Bad judge of character.
