Ross Dress for Less, Houston TX

Only had 2 cashiers and the wait to purchase your ítems was crazy. Very crowed place and not much to choose from really and most of the items were taped back together like it was a return.

Customer service was outstanding. I have not been to a Ross with such good service. Big store. Nice room space. Very organized. Alot of clothes. Nice clothes

The Hispanic employees at this store was very rude and disrespectful to me as a black woman. Every time I go in there I it's a horrible experience. I should not have to be subjected to this because I am a taxpaying citizen that has promoted immigration. I spent 2 or $3,000 a month in Ross because shop for 3 household. I am very much seriously considering to stop going to Ross because the experiences I have are so horrible.

I remembered why I stopped going to Ross always a ling line with 1 cashier and other workers standing around talking.

Manager store so mean, very rude with the employees, I saw the manager been disrespectful to aemployee. I hope she doesn't get a raise.

Ross prices are reasonable. It's kinda like the "fast food" service of clothing retail. They have nice stuff but you have.to look.

Sundays are the worst time to go this Ross. Too many ppl and line was super long. I don't understand why though. Like how many cloths do one need. Seems very suspicious.

Store Manager discriminates alot against non Spanish speaking employees wants to hire all spanish speakers but wont give hours to the employees she has now because alot of us do not speak spanish went as far as cutting our hours and saying it's because of payroll yet others Ross stores tell me they need help and have the hours.good place to shop but very bad place to work if you dont speak spanish

Understaffed, extremely slow with only 2 cashiers on a busy Saturday. Waiting in line alone is just 20mins

You got to go early on the morning to avoid the big crowds. It can be pretty busy and packed with people. Lines are usually long and depending on how many cashiers they have it can move a little slow. They do have nice things here but you really have to look
Sometimes they are racked kind of crazy and can be unorganized with stuff everywhere but like i said if you take the time to look you will definitely find some deals

Cramped, messy (in a poorly stocked kind of way), empty shelves galore, lots of damaged items.
No luggage in the luggage section that I specifically came for today.
Limited food items on my visit.
And the line for the cashiers was literally all the way to the back of the store. Hire more cashiers, please.
The Marshalls nearby in the same shopping center was in much better shape with more cashiers. I'd recommend going there instead.

Great deals bit lately its packed no matter when or what time I go, very long long lines. But absolutely live my finds for great price

Bought a hat here. Cashier lost my hat. Then said she never seen one. Asked the manager to look at cameras and she told me I never even brought up a hat. Tye hat is on my receipt and I definitely had the hat at the counter. No help at all then was told lies. Terrible.

Horrible this is by far one of the worst Ross stores I gave ever been to. The stuff is thrown around, it is a huge disorganized mess. The line to pay circled the entire store.the people working there looked seriously miserable. I didnt see any management trying to help the situation maybe they were relaxing in the back pretending to work on a computer. The only one that looked to be doing his job with a pleasant face was the security guard. Ridiculous drive a little further out to a better store.
