Ross Dress for Less, Irving TX

It was Absolutely Terrible No CHECKERS Only Two Checkers on Black Friday. THE LINE WAS NOT MOVING. People Left Their Items I Will Not RETURN!

DELMA the emplyee made me to write this, she is a very down to earth lady with a smile always and very pleasant nature, great attitude greets every costumer, treats everyone equally.she definitely deserves a RAISE ON HER PAY!

The manager was extremely rude when I called to have an item that was left at the store refunded to me. I had the receipt # and the card I used and she told me I had to drive 4 hours to the store to show them the receipt. Another person said if I wasn't willing to make the 8 hour round trip then I would have to forfeit the money!

Go to ANY OTHER Ross except this one. I have got multiple times. The line is long almost every time I have gone. Even if the line is not long it is ALWAYS slow. I watch the same worker every time cash someone out and leave her station. She will come back and slowly put some hangers up, move the hanger rack, even talk to a coworker. When she is good and ready she will call another person. She slows the WHOLE staff down. They have asked me if I have change because they do not. So I have lost out on my own money because they refuse to give me the dollar since THEY are out of change. Just DONT do it. Not even for a return…just go somewhere else. I have been to some rough Ross stores abd this one is BY FAR the worst.

One of thy workers there snatched a suitcase from my girlfriend who was trying to see if she wanted to buy one of them. When she went to the attendant to tell what happened they were hurting to make excuses for him saying he didn't speak English well. This is totally inappropriate behavior. He needs to be fired.

Like many stores in this catagory, Ross looks like a wind storm came through. Stuff all over the place, no great organization. The check out line is long and be prepared. Not a big fan.

I just had the worst experience at this store waited in line for over 30 minutes and when I got to the counter the manager Diane changed the price on my dress, didn't tell me about it and just sold it to me, when I looked at the receipt is when I noticed. I spent alot of time in the store to say I wanted the dress and then for her to tell me it's not that price, I was beyond belief that she did that. The dress had a price and she should have honored the price.

Come here on a regular.spend anywhere from $3-500.oo each time! Still got them watching me like ima take something. Security steady walking watching me. Guess there's alot of theft here.idk? But think next time gonna just walk out cuz the line to registers are outrageous and frustrating af!

Terrible. Never go to this store! My 1st time and merchandise is tossed all over the store. You can't find any store help. I finally made it to the register with a few items that had no price tag and the manager, who stated her name was Diana rang these items up for the general price. I told her some of these items the price was incorrect which she gave me the you want IT or NOT ATTITUDE. I will not be back to the store and I will never recommend anyone to go to the store.

In comparison with other stores is Ok, things are well organized and you don't find too much mess, the store has an average size, and has enough clothes to find a good deal.

They never have enough staff. I can't count the times that I've walked in, found something and then decided not to buy it because the line was 30mins+ long. Store always a mess. Learned my lesson now and not returning.

Wow, might wanna try another Ross unless in dire need. Two cashiers, lines long, no help. Yes I get all the issues with not enough employees, this wasn't case several employees just apparently no direction.

Very unorganized and super chaotic store to shop in.only 3 checkers and the line was near the back of the store. I'll never return to this particular "Ross" store again.

Two registers opened for a line of 100 people waiting. Help! Open up more registers! The employees see the line and we are not moving.

Could be better organized and the check out process. NEVER FUN OR QUICK! But.if you truly look you can find some hidden gems! I Did a lil damage on this haul! Managed to find quality cosmetics! Two Faced, Lorac, and Pacifica! Mind me that I went in just for work out gear! ‍️
