Ross Dress for Less, San Antonio TX

Rude staff, felt so uncomfortable returning my items I bought the day before. I had my receipt, and all tags on clothes. The girl with green hair said.what’s wrong with them!? I said they were to big for my son. She refunded back to my card. I said thank you. Of course no response. Walked out while the rest of the staff talked amongst themselves behind the registers not a word. The loss prevention man did however greet me when I walked in. Definitely need better customer service training skills. Will shop at other locations

Great selection of clothing from amazing brands and even better prices. Store is clean, organized, friendly employees and a friendly security guard to protect us all. Love shopping at Ross and this was just another great location to go to.
The fitting rooms were clean, attendant was very friendly and helpful.
I enjoy friendly people and you get that in this location.

Always great deals to be had here. The store could use some cleaning. The floors and shelves are always dusty/dirty/gross. Otherwise a great place to shop.

Ross has great prices on all their products. I would like to give at least 4 stars but I have to lower the star count just due to the long lines that are in the store. They need all registers open and they seem to only want to open 2 at a time.when there are 30 people in line.

Absolutely love this location super nice and they always have many things to choose from!

Found many great items yesterday, especially my new hoodie

Overall it's nice, clean, and with good prices. Sometimes the lines can be really long and the isles get pretty cluttered. Clutter comes from the shoppers not putting items back where they got them from, which is hard on the limited staff.

Great customer service at register, today. Rep very friendly & acknowledges her customers. Very clean store at Alamo Ranch, SATEX.

Awesome, but need more stock on dogs clothes, purses, tennie shoes, perfume cream/body lotion from Elizabeth Arden. Love to go to Ross!

The worse Ross we’ve ever been to and we only go for home/kitchen/pet things. Dirty, messy, long lines, seemingly staff placed in odd areas of the store that doesn’t serve the lines moving any faster, and limited things. It’s like as if Ross decided to give all their rejected items to this Ross. I expected more for this area of town. Guess not. It’s worth driving far to another Ross or shopping on Amazon Prime.

The Manager turned a not so great experience into a phenomenal experience. And because of her, I will return. (I’m sorry, I didn’t get her name) Just a brief explanation. I went shopping with my 2 month old baby and was only looking for 1 item, but of course found a million great deals! I was pushing his stroller so I needed help collecting the items and putting them in a cart. The associate I asked for help from was not friendly or helpful. I asked for the Manager and she, without hesitation, agreed to help me. She rang me up herself and helped me to my car. From someone who was in retail management for 25 years, this deserves a high five and a big THANK YOU! I’m so grateful for her understanding and assistance! This type of service is very few and far between these days.

Decent styles, but seriously, you still have the fitting rooms closed? Sister and I walked out of there and headed right over to Old Navy. There is seriously no difference in being able to browse through and touch clothes as you're rummaging through them, then there is putting clothes on.

Always busy kinda wish they had better selection of men's pants. Definitely can not go wrong for baby clothes price is good

First time going to Ross since the pandemic. It was fairly uncrowded. Masks are mandatory. A lot ofgreat choices. Warning: With all the great choices right there from food, clothes, furniture, toys, kitchen, bedroom, pet supply etc, it is a haven for impulse buyers. I'm one, so I always try to stick to my list.

Cashier was rude and referred to me as a brown boy and Hispanic to another worker and thought I didn’t hear. I’m sure she wouldn’t have liked it if I referred to her as a N.but I just ignored it. I will NEVER come back to this location after today which is sad because it is close by where I live

Not much of selection this time around. Which is very strange, because normally I can find a lot of things I need for good prices.

This ross is cleaner than most, but they usually don't have a huge selection of things. Sometimes you'll get lucky sometimes you don't just depends.

Been here several times. Today we were looking for a Christmas runner for the dining room table. Found one! Can never seem to get out of there for any less than $100 because we always find more things

Going in is always pleasant HOWEVER. Getting out is ALWAYS A NIGHTMARE.
