Ross Dress for Less, Katy TX

This is the best Ross I’ve visited. I’ve found so many great things here to decorate my new home, also a lot of nice clothing.

So disappointed in them, they only had two register open to check out one of which is for returns. So I called myself trying to help and not hold up the lane by removing and folding everything where you can scan and remove sensor, while waiting in the line that went almost to the back of store, to finally get to the front and the cashier scan unfold or squeeze everything I purchased as if I stored extra items in the folded items. Best to say I won't return there even if I need to switch out any items, will go to different location.

Ross could be so much more inviting if they treated their employees better and provide more support with more employees working at one time -

It isn’t the employees fault at all, they are just trying to ring customers up or clean up after them, so store is really dirty, inventory is scattered, and employees usually make announcements about closing 15 minutes earlier than the store is technically open - since they are overworked- Hoping this review will encourage the ownership
/ management to clean up their stores and not overwork the current employees before the store is run down

This stores it’s never organized like others I have been to, everything it’s all over the place at this location

Love Ross! Can always find treasures here. Needed holiday attire for a work contest. Guess who won?

They have lots of nice things for d home - mirrors, decors, kitchen, clothes, bags, purses, adult and kid clothes, toys, costume accessories, furnitures, cookies, oils etc.

I wish we could leave negative stars.

The store was filthy and in total disarray. Won’t ever go again.
