12Horrible people works there are not friendly I felt harassed all the time and they are racist.whwn I was paying a colored couple the cashier alert the supervisor never going back to the place I went to Marshall totally different people are friendly and you feel welcome, I notice ross don't have any people buying you need to change this negative people to this location
Great customer service, but hardly any merchandise out unless it's a holiday. The store always seems to have more empty shelves and racks than anything.
I went to so many stores before this and couldn't find what I was looking for, came here, and within 10 minutes had more than wanted. Also found these THICCK white fleece lined pajama pants.
Good store and staff, found some things I needed for a great price. Plus bought 2 Christmas gifts.

I spent about 1 hour shopping on this Kemah location. Once I went tonthe register ehe cashier told me that the sistem was.down that only cash is acceptable. There was not signs anywhere. Also when I enter to the store 2.employees welcome.me and don't bother to.tell me.that.only cc acceptable.

The place gives very good prices and affordable things available. The staff is kind and helpful.
$60 for a purse is not a discount. Walmart and Target have purses for $30. Household decor is nice but not "for less".
I'm not sure why Ross mens clothing selection has dwindled to two push hangers worth. Where are the dress shirts, pants, and jeans? The entire store is now dedicated to female attire. Please adress this situation.
The store was almost bare to the walls. Do not expect anything good buys. The store had empty racks after racks. I was very disappointed.
