The customer service is good there. The Prices or reasonable. I was able to find a suitcase in within my budget. I would go there again

Always give a customer a hard time about returning item. Making up excuses. Yes! We have a receipt, but say they don't sell in this item in their store. But did purchase the item last week in that store. Intentions to make customers upset and said they need the tag on the item. But it shows on the receipt shoes was purchased there. Dont care about receipt. It's there! Product code and item. My last visit. Be going there for years. No more. I warn everyone who shops there.

Went got what I want and 2 additional items which I'm rather smitten with. Lace neon orange colored blouse love for summer and neon yellow bathing suit.

Not bad. I never buy clothes here, just rugs and pet stuff. Find great pot for plants. Clean very nice staff at checkout

The employee I had was very friendly and helpful and there was an overall good selection of items. However, I saw not one, but two old coffee cups strewn on the shelves. The second one had a significant amount of mold growing in it, so it's been there a WHILE. At least it was out of reach of my toddler

Friendly staff and plenty of room to move around. Good selection on some clothes, not so good on other things. I was missing sweatsuits for women and t-shirts and sets and jeans shorts for my 10 year old daughter. Also, the shoe selection for women and girls was sparse. Prices are good, as always! Thanks for that!

Very small Ross. Not much to find, at least for me.unfortunately.

Half of the products are name brand and very decently priced and I will find myself going back for more shopping

I just love Ross. I'm a shirt freak and I always want to buy every shirt. I could never find pants that truly fit me since I'm 4'11 but there's something for everyone.

This location was boring. Messy shelves, etc. Pet toys speakers didn't work. Didn't purchase anything.

This is one of the more peaceful Ross I have been to on a weekend and I loved it. The cashier was sweet, welcoming, and pleasant to checkout with. There is also a good selection of items. I kinda wish they had more stuff for midsize to larger dogs.

Good store and fairly organized. Staff was helpful. Only negative was it was very hot in there.

I walked in staff was great took me straight to the clothing I wanted.showed me a few other items and I wound up buying a sports coat with some slacks and all I wanted was a t/shirt needless to say I walked out happy and the staff was very nice and now I will go back there

Update: RUDE employee! It was about 2 minutes before closing and I was just looking at the jewelry real quick and was informed that I needed to hurry because the registers were going to close down in 2 minutes. I am a customer in their spending money and if you don't want my money I'll take it elsewhere.
