Ross Dress for Less, El Paso TX

Crowded to the max with people. I hate shopping on the east side for this reason. Won't be back.

I don’t visit this place too much but they sell good merchandise. Decent price always always have a long, long line waiting, but they have a Lotta stuff.

Rep didn't understand or talk English. She did not understand what I needed or wanted due to tags of ross not on clothes but receipt is on bag. Clerk didn't even try to look up items by tags. I asked for a supervisor and Kimberly showed up saying I was being racist and that this is a border town and it is not a requirement to talk English. Supervisor did what needed to be done and threatened to get me rwm9ve from store and called me again racist because I was on the phone and she heard that I said she shouldn't be working rep here if she can't understand or know what to do. I want corporate to get in touch with me about this treatment.

Disorganization hard to find anything. They have a self checkout but then they check your items as you're leaving the self check out because they don't trust you. What's the point of having a self check out then

Store is crowded as usual but the self checkout is worse you all need to put bags at the register instead of having one poor soul work taking tags off and giving bags that's an awful system

Ross is a good option for shopping. The only bad thing is that they do not have wheelchairs for people with motor disabilities.

This place is garbage. They claim to have things for less than you end up spending a fortune. Also, the clothing selection is not very good. It is very difficult to find the right sizes, and there is no assistance. If i wanted bad service, then I would've gone to Walmart. At least it would've been cheaper.

Store without many Chihuahuitas due to the remoteness of the area.those from Juárez will know what I'm talking about
