Ross Dress for Less, San Antonio TX

This store was organized and we found what my daughter liked in the first 5 mins of entering. (My daughter is very picky). Great customer service, quick to answer any questions.
Location is very convenient also.

In my particular point of view, these stores do not understand why they are in such great demand. For my particular point of view, they do not offer you quality, not because a garment has an original brand label does it mean that it is, there are many things or articles that are clearly not seen of good quality but for the simple fact of having the brand label the store offers it to you as original you have to be very careful in these stores as there are many cheap items but of very poor quality that do not last at all

Self check out sucks their us no signs saying 8 items or less cashier still has to check receipt I rather wait in line it's faster

Place is clean and staff is friendly. As a father, I don’t like that they don’t have a changing station in the men’s restroom. Had to take my daughter to the handicap change room. Good luck to the rest of you fathers that take their children with you. Hope this information helps you guys.

This problem always happens everytime I go shopping here they need more cashiers to avoid long lines.

This store is so nasty and it seems its the Goodwill Store but more expensive. But even the Goodwill store is more tidy. Bad management for sure!

So sorry to say, but store is in such a mess. Unable to find anything. And that's because I love to shop at Ross. Will not go back to this store.

There hardly ever an instance when you can go in Ross and checkout in a reasonable amount of time. Bargains aren't what they used to be.

There's something for everyone here, if you need clothes or you want to decorate your house. They have accessories for your car and even a few items for the garden and yard tools.

The staff is friendly and helpful.

There are very good things, but I couldn't find full sheets, which was what I wanted to buy

Always love Ross! Lots to choose from and lots of different styles to choose from. Check out here has self service for 15 or less items. Easy and convenient!

They made me wait at least 20 minutes to use the restroom only to have to go to home depot to use it. I would have left my cart full of stuff if it weren't for my kids wanting what it was I had got.

I didn't find what I wanted, but that's ok. The store was clean & neat. And I was greeted coming in & thanked when I left.

Hadn't been in a Ross store in 4 months so yo I can image my surprise when I saw the self check out registers! What is the point of having Ross employees, when customers are doing their work!
