Ross Dress for Less, Arlington TX

I used to be a Ross addict. I needed a new suitcase for our trip. There was only one left in the store so I grabbed it.

Huge collection for bottom wear (casual and active bottoms). Shelves are disorganised and there's clothes lying over the floor, not very convenient. I'll probably only go back to get loungewear.

. It a good store to get sandals.house appliances on the low.especially if your just moved into your new home.but you got to rush in for the next somebody beat you to it.cause you just might miss out! #

Another goodwill looking store that made me feel uncomfortable. Items on the floor, no one around to help, loud people, not my scene.

The SPS Justin and Shai gave me a warm greeting when I walked in and directed me in the right direction when I needed help finding something. In addition, the cashier Ivette was so nice. Would definitely come here again!

Shoes were half size to small, tried to exchange them but was told shoes were worn and didn't have tag attached to plastic tie.shoes were never worn, nothing wrong except size, had receipt, had tags. Not sure about dye color on bottom of shoes no dirt just dye. Very dissappointed they wouldn't exchange for correct size.

Ross is Ross so you expect it to be disorganized, but after sifting thru to find shoes for my daughter, the line to checkout was longer than a TSA security line on a busy day. Ridiculous.

I bought 2 of the same shirts 1 had a price for 7.99 the other had no price the cashier made me paid 12.99. Once i stated its the same shirt he smerked and gave me my total i will never go back.no price check, no customer service, how rude!

I love to shop here for a formal dress and work tops. I can always find something I like and pay a reasonable price for it. They also have some really great shoes.

I like this place. I come here about once or twice a month to see if they have any good shirts. For the most part the staff is always nice, really no complaints.

I was a bit surprised, most Ross's that I've been to have had their inventory a complete mess, however this location keeps things very organized. I found what I needed and bought a whole outfit down to the shoes for work. Their staff was kind and helpful and even offered a discount when they noticed that they accidentally scratched a sticker on a decor piece. That was greatly appreciated and definitely unexpected. Would come again!

Great place to shop. A little too crowded with clothes and extras for me. Apparently it's been a while since I've been in the store, they've rearranged the entire store. But, really nice if you have the time to search for what you want. Good prices.

One of my favorite places to go n such a huge selection to choose from, I love it n the prices are fair.

Poor customer service. The cashiers think that you owe them something. Bad attitude and even throw your change at you. Not coming to this location anymore!

Long line! Even if you only have a couple things. They need more registers for the volume of customers they get. I'm usually a get in get out shopper. I put all my stuff back most the time cause of the wait.

Shopping done at the wrong time! Lines to checkout to the rear of store. Not enough open registers. Great store. Prices, Staff, were good. Hard to find help, guess store was just under staffed.

Not baby friendly can't even bring in a baby milk or baby water. Definitely want be shopping here again.

My experience would have been better if the 2 cashiers working received some help from the 5 managers that were standing around doing nothing. The line of people waiting to cash out was unreal. I believe I stood in line 40 minutes.

Store Bargains are The Bomb but the Managers are old and rude recommend being a greeter at Walmart and allow the 21st do the jobs.
