Disorganized and messy. LONG line for check out. The employees though were friendly and polite.

I always love shopping here. We needed backpacks and they had plenty. All name brands and the average price was 19.99. Amazing deal!

Was a bad experience, only 1 cashier, waiting on pine over 15 minutes, am an a Ross associate and when this line turns big, we call our backup, really disappointed.

Black young girl in cash register didn't want to give me a discount on damaged DB purse then she buys it

Have.a great variety I like that but they are a little on edge following you around as if you'll steal something. I guess I dont blame them this is Arlington. Anyhow I felt the discomfort I'm a nurse who works very hard for my money never stole in my life and dont intend to start now in my old age. Jail is a place I would never want to visit. All in all its was a decent place.

Very clean they truly are doing everything to protect you during covid and granted they don't have much stock they are getting more and more

Love Ross but disappointed. Shelves are empty to the point it looks like they are closing. What's left is a little over priced. I bought two items at Wal-Mart listed cheaper than Ross. I know covid19 is wrecking havoc but it's been going on long enough that stores should have figured out a way to plan ahead on keeping the shelves stocked.

Low prices, the staff moves people pretty fast through checkout. The store is disorganized and dirty.

The place was dirty and in disarray. I walked in, saw a whole row of clothes laying on the ground, then turned around and left. Very different from when I shopped there at Christmas

Very messy there was at least 15 people in line with 2 cash register open I was buying a pair of sandals but I didn't want to wait in the long line

Not so friendly staff but cashier was polite, clothes and dressing rooms were decently organized

3 tellers/cashier, a mother's day weekend starting, customers line was wrapped around the floor & store shelves was not stocked with merchandise. Didn't want to EMPLOYE and pay this store for terrible service. Zero rating.

I recently moved into my apartment and needed to decorate. I took a chance and stopped at Ross. Great decision! I found several beautiful items at very low prices. The staff were friendly and attentive. I'll definitely go there more often

My only gripe was the lack of cashiers at the time I was in line for check out. Had to wait a good ten minutes to purchase 1 thing, a pair of earbuds that I immediately picked up from the front. So I was only mildly disappointed to not be walking out just as quickly.

I use to shop at Ross often many years ago but in the past few years, it's become obvious to me that I can get better deals online, with free shipping in most cases. Therefore I seldom shop at Ross anymore. The service in most stores, if not all, is not to my liking. Why shop at Ross when I get excellent choices in clothes and many other items from Costco, Amazon and several websites online. Plus no long lies to deal with.

Great selection of handbags and dresses. Great customer service too. I live like 40mins away and i would go again.

They're open late and have good prices but a lot of the clothing is dated and not great quality.can be dirty a lot and unorganized

Shopping here was okay, but you really have to dig around to find the good buys. I found a few nice things today. Expect a wait to check out though. No cashiers.
