Ross Dress for Less, Austin TX

The store heater was on. There was one loud Non stop crying (screaming) child in the store for 45 min. Can't security do something? JS. It was so unpleasant.

THERE'S NO OTHER WAY TO DESCRIBE THE WORST STORE IN AUSTIN. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU'LL FIND. YEARS LATER AND I'M STILL DISAPPOINTED!

Nice place to shop but too many Mexicans and their obnoxious children shop here. They're very disturbing

Lost good prices good deals just the employees just a little bit rude but anyways good location bus parking area close to the fwy restaurant and more firts time here I’ll be back here for sure I get a Jbl speaker clip 3 for $30

Homeless people literally standing at the drive-thru asking you to order them something. They are definitely on drugs. Definitely won't be coming back here until the city can do something about this

Lines are always long whenever I go to this store. Probably the dirtiest store, merchandise misplaced all around the store, and cashiets lack good customer service skills.

One employed with t-shirt yellow it’s very rude, sadly, she was Latina, but it doesn't matter, she was very rude and I had to report her to the manager, I hope they educate that bad employee!

The employees are not courteous at all, the store closed and there were customers inside and they ran us away in a bad way. It didn't bother me that we had to leave, but rather the way they asked.

I bought two pairs of shoes at Ross's store and they sell very poor quality shoes, the shoes only my rating is from what it looks like they are only interested in getting the customer's money but they don't sell a very good product. The two pairs of shoes that I bought the soles broke

Super loud clothing alarms going off the entire time I was there, probably 20 of them. 30 people in line, two checkout stands open. Good selection of clothes but super annoying environment.

Lots of home decor. Lots of variety and so many options. From baby stuff, car stuff, kitchen and hole decor. I love this discount store. Nothing like a good retail therapy and really decent prices too, cute staff and some gorgeous pieces.

Wow why can't all the stores have such a large selection. To top its well kept and organized.

Probably the cleanest most organized Ross I’ve ever been to. We were greeted at the door, the fitting room attendant was really helpful. Found a few things and love them!

Hey security guy, the police are hiring.stop assuming and being racist.i shopped i think for TWO HOURS.security guy was with us the ENTIRE TIME alarms were going off in men’s, there were other people to stalk, he didn’t leave us alone. 5️ protection!

when i noticed, i went into the aisles he was in to block him and say “Hi” He was like maybe i’ll add a group photo to this review next time.

Love this store. However, it is always trashed. The line to check out is always super long. People leave their trash everywhere.

It is very difficult to pay for the product since it does not have enough employees to attend to the customer collection ATMs, for that reason I do not recommend it. On this occasion that I visited the place and in view of the long line waiting for about 45 minutes or more waiting for my turn to be able to pay better, I decided to leave the place.

Racially profile you if you're Muslim and black by a black man at that his name is Eddie he's the store manager and he will call the police on you and then lie about the police being there and lie about policies and didn't want to give me his name. Then proceeds to tell me that the police officer isn't going anywhere until I leave the store.
A terrible location and if I was stealing then why would I be talking to the workers and asking them for help and they was helping mee. And before I came to Ross I went to Target and foot locker and nobody racial profile of me and they let me buy my things in peace
