Ross Dress for Less, San Antonio TX

If I could give it no stars I would! Staff is so ugly and rude! Went in with my grandma she used their restroom which is disgusting btw! My grandma let the store associate running the fitting rooms (Jessica) know that they were dirty. The store associate then tells her “ I don’t give a damn. ” Ended up going to the front to talk to the assistant manager (John) he just kept saying it wasn’t her job to clean the restrooms and that he can’t do much about the situation. Like I explained to him I could care less about the restrooms. My issue how they think it’s okay to speak to someone like that it’s very unprofessional! On top of that the store is always a mess with clothes and item’s everywhere on the floors. Some of the aisles you can’t even walk though because all the stuff on the floor. Restrooms were disgusting no toilet paper, stuff all over the floor, and one toilet was covered in something.

Was neater/cleaner. Had large quantities of items I use. Manager even helped take packages out to car!

On several occasions, I encountered situations where the level of service varied significantly. While some staff members were helpful and knowledgeable, others seemed disinterested and less inclined to assist. This inconsistency has made it challenging for me to confidently rely on a positive shopping experience at your store.

Hours say they close at 11pm but this location has a habit of closing doors 15-20min ahead of schedule!

With the amount of people coming here they should have more than 2 cashiers because the lines are so long to check out but other than that the store has good deals

Items were pretty organized, including the shoes which surprised me considering how customers are.

The place is a dump. Men's clothes mixed with women's clothes on the racks. Clothes hang in section is that we're not right for the size. I don't even know why I went to store. I don't like them.

I have been too several Ross store across the city but i have too say this is the absolute worst location i have gone too very rude and incompetent works there. Never I'm my life have i felt so degraded and embarrassed! Will never step foot in a Ross ever again

It looks like a goodwill store and smells like one too. The staff was friendly. They advertise like a big box store for new clothing but they look like a rio off if a goodwill store.

I love Ross but The lady’s bathrooms need to be cleaned. It’s so dirty and it smells like dirty mop

I’ve never seen a Ross more inconsiderate of the customers time. I’m beside myself with how long I had to wait in line as long as the tenant I guess because someone had multiple transactions. It wasn’t until I had reached the register that they called for another check out associate

Nice place. I got some very cute sweater tops for a very affordable price. I bought a suitcase there as well, it was very good too to say I didn't pay a lot for it.

Place is always almost empty of shoes! The prices went up by 30%. It's like they can't keep the shelves fully stocked!: (

I recently bought a couple pair of boots at Ross's and I prefer DD's over Ross but they have some nice things

Excellent service, very clean and the merchandise is arranged because there is no struggle at all.

Ok location to go too. Don't like the customer service, they tend to just ignore you and respond to questions quickly and inefficiently.

This store always feels like I came in after a massive sale and what’s left it’s just that, what’s left. Now mind you if you have the will, you can find some cool stuff but you literally have to take your time and not go in with any true expectations. Looking for something specific, your at the wrong place. Need a shirt with weird mouths on it though and they got ya. (I’m not even sure the photo I attached will get posted, if it does can someone explain the shirt to me?) Long and short it’s hot mess, a swap meet in a big box.
