Ross Dress for Less, San Antonio TX

It was super packed when I went, but that's to be expected during the holidays. Even as packed as it was, the lines continued to move and I didn't feel like I was in there for very long. I also found some perfect holiday gifts for my sister that I hadn't expected to find, so the trip was a major success.

Was told to come In for a interview. I come EARLY to my interview. They tell me the person who is supposed to interview is on a “ conference call”so I wait. Finally 2 men come and bring me to the back to interview me and I’m confused cause I’m pretty sure a manager should be interviewing me. So they interview me and then tell me they will call me if I get the job. Lol that was the joke because they never ended up calling me back and then they tried to act like I didn’t come or something. Anyway they never told me I dident get the job and they never told me I did BUT CLEARLY THEY NEED HELP WITH THAT LINE THEY HAVE EVERYDAY AROUND THE WHOLE STORE. 2 cashiers and got about 50 people in a line clearly they need people, store messy, merchandise all over the floor I’m actually pretty happy cause I would not want to work in this messy clutter Ross! Let’s be more professional it’s about to be 2021 GET IT PROFESSIONAL.p. S how you a lazy manager? !? ! SMH

Shopping here on a Saturday—-there’s 2 registers open and about 35 people in line. Come here if you’d like to be frustrated!

Poor poor poor customer service. Christine was very rude at the jewelry counter. Didn't greet us halfway had a attitude. Asked her a question and she never acknowledged it. I'm totally disturbed. I'm here to spend money not to make friends. Terrible terrible terrible!

Always low prices. If u don't mind hunting and walking away empty handed every now and then, is great!

Dislike the long line. Only 3 cashiers and the line was at least 30 people long.gotta put somebody in line for you while you shop here. Not my first time here. Always gotta long line

I never leave empty handed! Always find a good deal on clothes, house decor or even beauty products.they have great quality beauty products!

Clothes all over the floor, 2 registers open and staff on floor not friendly. I put my things down and left out. Was visiting from Houston

I shop at Ross a lot and usually have a great experience.went to one at Blanco and 410 and found a few items. Ended up leaving them behind.must have had twenty people in line and only two out of 8 registers open.after 10 minutes waiting they had only checked out three people. They should but some of the employees onto registers when the checkout backs up like that.guess I saved 80 some dollars today!

I love Ross. This one did not satisfy me. Dirty, junky, and very unorganized. I was not pleased.

Great selection in clothes for the price. Only downside is not enough cash register open. Theres always long lines.

Great place to shop for designer clothes or top quality merchandise marked waaaay down. I've found clothes regularly $80 at the name brand store only $10 at Ross. It's basically an outlet store for stuff that didn't sell at their stores.

This place is always always busy and usually a mess. The employees do their best to move people along through lines, but the store is full of bottle necks and always packed full of people.

Staff was very nice but they didn't have a lot of cute clothing in any size at this location. Won't be back to this one!

Ugh. I will never ever recommend this certain store to family or friend. The manager Melissa has no customer service skills and no business in retail.

This Ross Dress for Less, is very dirty especially the restrooms, they need a serious cleaning, faucet and comode replacement, and paint job, cobwebs in corners. I felt dirty leaving the facilities. Not a pleasant shopping experience at all.

Some of the parts of the store really unorganized and cluttered, but otherwise it's a really good Ross store.

Great selection of clothes, but the line and registers are always a nightmare. They really need to get more cashiers every Ross location but this one included

The store has a good variety of things, but every Ross I go into they all have the same issue. That is they are not well organized. The sizes are all mixed together
