Ross Dress for Less, Fort Worth TX

Loved the selections, found the cutest outfits for my granddaughters. Loved the social distance, and how the cashier sanitized after each customer, cashier was very friendly. Will shop here again.

Just two stars because the shelfs was almost empty and the employees insisted of helping customers they will do something that was not to be done in a busy day like Saturdays.

This place has the worst customer service! The cashier, an indian lady was very rude and she sounded like she did not want to be there so she took it out on me! She never helped bag the items up. The security guy who was standing there never offered help with the stuff that were falling from my hands left and right because i had too many bags! He was just there standing talking and laughing with another employee.never ever going back

It was quite and nice, but they didn't have much in stock in the way of baby items, clothing and so on.

Has a lot of different styles and has a lot of new styles that are in right now and not too expensive either.

The clothes are cycling-in, all the time, so it seems to change from week-to-week, or something like that.
You can stumble onto some great stuff, though, and save a ton of money.
Most of the clothes I wear, these days, are actually from Ross.

Use to shop here all the time and could find something i liked every visit.now, not so much. Hard to find anything i liked.

This is the worst Ross ever! So disorganized, you can't find anything. And the clothes looks like they got it from Good Will. This is why I do not shop at this Ross. It's just my granddaughter wanted to look for a shirt, and guess what, Nope, no shirt! The only good thing was that the cashier who attended us was friendly, service with a smile. Good customer service, but that's about it.

Love the selection of items they have here and for a great price too. Good customer service and they keep it clean

I'm always finding cute clothes, shoes, and even house decorations! The prices are low, and time seems to fly when shopping. My only problem is that the line is often long, but it moves fast most of the time

Store is always junky looking. Guard at door stares, stares. No one friendly, much less helpful. Used to be a store for a good bargain. Not so now.

Found 3 outfits including a nice church dress for under $40. Alot of clothes were off hangers and draped over racks, missing price tags. Otherwise the young lady in the fitting room with long braids provided excellant customer service. The Loss Prevention Guy was too busy flirting with the Cashier, other than this it was a mediocre shopping experience.

This place is a dump, line to pay always takes forever. Staff likes to stand around & chat instead of opening more lines. But they do have great prices on clothes and accessories which is true for all locations.

One of the better managed and staffed locations. It will be busy at times, but it's the staff always does a great job and the line moves quickly. Also, one of the cleanest locations I've ever been to.

I like it here but they need to stock up on shoes and clothing needs to be put back on right hangers

Always a good place to get inexpensive clothes. You just have to go once or twice a month dye to the fact that if nothing is there for you, there may be the next time you come

Ross does me wrong in the right way lol. There's so many cute items with reasonable prices, like real reasonable (aka cheap) but good quality clothing. They also have home products. I decorated my apartment with stuff I found at Ross.
