Ross Dress for Less, Fort Worth TX

Great prices but a lot of empty shelves. Did not go in to look for any one thing but just to browse and came out with good deals. If you just want to look and find deals here you go but selection is scarce because a lot of empty spaces.

Went in yesterday to try and find some slides and BAM, they were there! Always coming in clutch! Got some pretty comfy basketball shorts too

Inventory at Ross during this pandemic is very scarce. Went a few times on different days, different weeks and didn’t seem it has been restocked yet. It’s very hard to find any home goods. Decided to go elsewhere, where there is always a great selection.

Store is great, loss prevention employee with long hair in a pony tail is rude. Went in there with my son after we walked out he had to use the restroom so we went back in. Employee told us it was closed I told him we were just in there and my son just had to pee and it was an emergency. He said "too bad were closed theres the wall outside pee there" and closed the door on us.

Horrible! Get someone at the freakin registers. No one wants to wait 45 min to check out when you only have 1 person checking out as slow as she can. Ridiculous.

Wanted to look at some sunglasses behind glass.so i asked some ross employee.she replied "their is button" i did not know what she was talking about.then another emp walked over (older black woman) and said which one do u want? They were 10 sunglasses at the bottle level.bunched together.i said may i look at them.i pointed out some Quays.i said il take thoes.then she said "their females sunglasses" so she closed the glass case.and pointed to tword a tower rack.thoes are mens.i told here i wanted to look at all of the sunglasses because i wanted multipul pairs.she was not having it.as i was leaving she gotten into an arguement with the next customer behind me.i laft and left.this is my exp at hulen st ross

They had a good selection for reasonable prices. The store is clean and the customer service is good.

As soon as we walk in we were greeted. The young secrurity gaurd was nice, greeted us and ask if we needed any help. Place is clean. You can probably find pretty much everything here. I definitely recommend this store to others

This was one of the cleanest Ross stores I have seen in a long time. Everything was clean and organized and great customer service. The employee that worked at the dressing room area was exceptionally sweet and helpful.

Not the best customer service or clothing selection. Also, the last time I went, the dressing rooms had a nauseating stinch from mildew of some sort and the A/C was out in the fitting rooms as well, making the smell even worse. In addition, this location didn't seem very clean or organized. I usually only shop at the Montgomery Plaza location; I will definitely not be shopping at this location again. I've tried twice already, but this third time was the final strike out.

Shop here for the discounted prices, but checkout can be a nightmare. I've waited in line for 10+ minutes, be the next person in line, then get bumped by someone who has stood in the "return" line for all of 30 seconds. So Ross, you gave that person back $10, and watched the $50+ I was going to spend walk out the door when I gave the items to the cashier and told her I wasn't making a purchase after all.

This is a regular place to shop means you are not going to find high quality product it is cheap clothes and shoes, for example bought a brand new shoes that last me a month.check it for your self you will be the judge I will not go back there again.

Needed a dress for a a funeral I decided to go to last minute.found what I needed.dress, jewelry, and some shoes.all for under $40!

Needs more selection. Baby and women's plus were so skimpy and unorganized. Bulk up that women's plus section for real tho Ross. Thumb down.

Store was poorly stocked, no one on registers, plenty of employees standing near registers just 1 working. I commend her working through these condition. The restroom was disgusting.

Went to buy my friend a birthday gift. Alot of choices and it was very easy to find what i needed.

Horrible customer service. We walked in and weren't allowed to bring in the beverage we had bought from the Panera next door, that wasn't a huge deal. But the man who told us, rudely, about the policy stared death glares at my husband throughout the duration of our visit. After that we were checking out and the cashier treated us with zero respect. If you want good customer service, don't bother going to this Ross.

My only complaint is that the restroom was absolutely filthy. The selection and staff were great.

Ross pioneered selling designer brands at unbeatable prices but with addittion of Burlington coat factory they are struggling to compete on price points. Ross still has better selection of bedroom accents

I always find something good to purchase at Ross's. I especially like Tuesday's because of the 10% discount.
