Ross Dress for Less, Houston TX

Always have a interesting trip to Ross looking for great deals. Always seem to find something i just can't live without. Only drawback is the lack of people working the registers.

Nope. Maybe just awful selection because of COVID-19. I was able to find inepensive socks; that's it!

They don't deserve not even half a star they are violating health codes why close the restrooms my daughter is 3 yrs and she wasn't able to go to use the restroom this is a health violation

The people that work there are very racist and terrible!

I will never recommend this store, matter in fact I will tell people not to even go there

I just hope all of the Ross stores are not like this one and that they train their people who work for them to be more respectful!

This particular location is horrible. Shelves are always empty and there just seems to be a lack of merchandise. This is due to lack of stocking and management and not due to the store being busy. The store is not busy compared to other locations that I've been to but the others manage to keep their shelves full. Even so, the line is horrible and sometimes extends almost to the back of the store. This is the closest location to me but I'll gladly drive past it to other locations.

These people are so funny and friendly! I came in literally 30min before they closed at 11pm and they were joking with me and having a good time (I would’ve been like who is this and why are they coming in right before we close.)

Crazy selection and prices. Hard workers.

Customers apparently throw everything on the floors which is unfortunate for them but they were just killing it. Ended up buying 2 pairs of shoes for a great deal and will definitely be back to pick up more.

The best place to shop. Cheap but designer, beautiful and useful items. I love Ross.
I Didn't give give stars just because nothing seems to be in it's right place! People throw and misplace everything but No one puts them back in it's right place! You have to search all the store to find things you need to buy! I hope they become nit & organized!

One thing you need a lot of time to find the goods second there is no one to help u out around it's a very big store and if you are lucky you can get some good stuff but that can happen rarely found it very difficult

I stopped by this location for an interview outfit, but left empty-handed. The shelves were bare and there were clothes and shoes all over the place. I tried.

Super slow cashiers, expect long time, there is only 2 cashiers and they don’t care about the customers. Tamsey was so rude. They ask for ID if you need to return something.

Horrible place. No greeting like they usually have someone standing up at the front. The place was a disaster! You couldn't walk down any isles! Clothes on the ground. The shoe department was just as bad! More shoes on the floor than on the shelves.
Walk back to the dressing room and there were 4 employees standing talking.

One of my favorite stores.they always greet/welcome you.

Clothes is always cheap and pretty good quality

Came here to find some table linens. I left with a pack of razor blades. What can I say. It was a good deal. Ross is one of those spots where you find a gem once in awhile. It's a good place to shop to figure out what you find is valuable and what isn't because it helps you gauge prices on items. You'll usually find that Ross is generally fairly priced, but many items aren't a 'steal' or anything.
