Ross Dress for Less, San Antonio TX

They do have cute styles but it's so disorganized that it's hard to find the correct size when you find something you like.

Customers allowed in store without masks. Employees not respecting social distancing or mask rules (the mask shouldn't just cover your mouth). Several people (workers and customers) rubbed up against me in the crowded aisles to get to an item. This location is messier than usual as well. Time to suck up traveling to a further store.

Amazing great service and staff lots of things to choose from and lots of discounts you get your bang for your buck

Update: I'm changing this old review to an updated 5 stars because I have returned several times more and have been pleasantly shopping with children staying safely with their family. Thank you Ross team for all your efforts! (Original: I was happy Ross was open. However, children were running around screaming and playing. I know it's hard to believe that Ross has to remind customers how to maintain child safety. However hard it is, kindly remind customers to keep their children with them at all times. I choose to go to another Ross and it had a sign that clearly stated for the safety of the children they must remain with parent at all times. Problem solved.)

Everyone was abiding by keeping 6 ft away (social distancing) and wearing MASKS.

Got 3 maternity leggings and found 2 super cute juicy couture sports bra! All for 33 bucks! Such a steal. Also found me some blk water.

You must be there when they put things out otherwise everything is overly picked through not much selection is except what is on the shelves.

I love Ross. This location always seems to have a good variety. They are excellent on prices. I have experiences sone rude staff here. The dressing room people are very unfriendly. This is why I give 4 stars. The products, price and variety are always very good if you can get over the rude people.

I found what I needed and was our of there in less than 10 minutes. Love it when it works like that.

I wonder why anyone would go to this place instead of other Ross stores in town. The staff is extremely rude particularly this lady named 'Dell'. She was very arrogant and rude, yelled at me to put the clothes back on the hangers after trying them on. I would not have minded it normally but the way she conveyed the store policy (which i was unaware of previously) was extremely impolite.

Great store but OMG the lines are always terrible. I shop at Ross quite often and I've been too almost every one in San Antonio but this ones lines are by far the craziest. If they could open one more register I think it would help. Staff is always pleasant and they are always full stocked. Love Ross!

Clean and polite always greeted when you walk in, very nice luggage area, and bed and bath department.

It's nice and organized, sometimes organized chaos. Nothing can beat the price and variety though.

Has everything your kids hubby and us women need, the shoes are hind to find in preference because if size, but everything you need from frames house hold needs, purses are in great prices too

They have quality merchandise here and the customer service is probably the best I've had at any Ross. Monica was very helpful; she helped me solve a pricing issue in a fast and time-efficient manner. Jen was also really nice (the cashier with the pretty eyes).

I am addicted to this store brand! I have left Target & Macy's alone and shop here! It is a wonderland for me!
This store was clean & well organized

Haven't been here in a very long time and now I remember why. Shelves were messy and many were nearly bare.

Store is always busy, hard to keep it organized. Lines are long and run slower than expected. More cashier's on "returns would be great.

Great place for discount clothing/houseware. Half price "celebrity brand" cologne/perfume. Half price Yankee Candle. It's like a pot-luck store
