Ross Dress for Less, Pasadena TX

Nice place, no bathroom and affordable clothes. Found me some leggings that are one size so.they tight af but fit. Sweet. Although they have a lot of clothing, not much for decorations for your home. Like the things were social distancing themselves. Still, glad I found it.now gotta find a camouflage shirt to go with my leggings.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Will never come back here or recommend anyone else to come here ever.

Unfortunately this store is messy and check-out line is always long but for some reason they only have two registers open and return line.
You can find good bargains if you have time and want to.

Most of the clothes I've bought have come from Ross and they have lasted for years! The quality in clothes and other items are overall pretty amazing. The service is great and the staff is nice. Easily one of the best thrift shops I've been to. 5/5.

Great store with lots of awesome finds at the best prices around. Sometimes, it's a bit of a treasure hunt, but that's part of the fun. The hours are great, too, because they are open late! It's super helpful when you need a gift or something for the house last-minute. The staff is friendly, the store is clean, and the products are quality.

I love shopping at Ross but it depends on which location because the last time I went shopping there they didn't have any plus-size clothes at all nothing stylish. But the other location usually has pretty much anything I need

I am a HUGE fan of ROSS stores but this one seems understaffed, ALWAYS a HUGE mess on the floor, sadly a lot of the products are open or missing things, carts are found all over store barely any at entrance. For now only 2 stars, hopefully it will soon it will improve

I have never meet a nicer cashier than the one I had last week. She was very kind and informed me about the seniors discount they have every Tuesday. She worked very fast and cut the line down fast but still managed to create good customer service. If you go to this location look for the girl with Carla on her name tag!

Just had a bad experience with this location. I normally like to check to see the men’s accessories (shades; electronics; etc.) I found some shades that I like and knew this would be the purchase of today. As I get in line I realize that there’s only one register open and that this lady needs help! By this time 15 minutes has passed and the line seem to not be budging. A young Hispanic girl jumps on the other register and immediately ask for the next customer. All of sudden there’s a problem! “TASHA”, the front floor supervisor advised her to get off and go find something else to do on the floor. 1) It was definitely embarrassing the way she spoke and directed her to get off. 2) Very disorganize; do to the fact Tasha didn’t resolve nothing, but was quick to show superiority. 3) ARROGANCE. You work for customers satisfaction, spoke out to get the lady attention and she intentionally ignore me when I ask who was the manager?

Far as my understanding Jose or Javier is his name and I will be speaking to him on this behalf. It’s time for retraining the staff. Head on down.

The clothes are of cheap quality. The aisles packed very closely together. A very messy store, often clothes are left on the floor.

I buy stuff here that cost a fortune everywhere else. They even have crystal and muranno glass & name brand purses. Fabulous name brand sheets too, and yummy treats. Unbelieveable!

I go there every month, sometimes twice.

The store is a mess not sure if its because of the customers that leave a mess or if the employees dont fix the cloths. Long lines at checkout.

I only have bad things to say about this store. They are rude, they only help you if they feel like it, they are slow, bad customer service.

Ross has a lot of nice things but it's a mess in there nothing is organized when you go to this Ross make sure you have a lot of time cause you have to look slowly threw all the piles of things if you want to find what you are looking for. And to be honest a lot of it is the customers fault cause they just throw and put things anywhere they feel like it and that makes the store itself look dirty and disorganized.

I don't like going in there due to every time I go they have store trashy with shoes all over the floors. Everything is unorganized

This is Ross. For a Ross it is great. They are fairly clean and offer a wide variety if items that are typical of Ross. I go here often because I can usually find some cure things for the home or to wear for a very reasonable price.

Love the store because they have a lot of variety of everything and I love their prices too! Sadly their restrooms and fitting rooms are a nightmare so dirty dirty dirty! Terrible! I hope one day they can pay attention to the cleanliness of both for the safety of all! Especially because there are a lot of kids involved, and pregnant womans like me.

I like finding cheaper brand prices but the store is topsy turvy. And they only had one overwhelmed cashier checking out fast, so less customer interaction. Hope they'll hire more help.
