Ross Dress for Less, Rosenberg TX

I brought my Husky puppy here where dogs on a leash are welcome. It was her first experience here at Ross and I found her some great bones for less than at the pet store nearby. All the employees were really nice to us. Thanks Ross!

I'm not sure what the issue with certain cashier that they feel the need to be rude to a client

Check out lines arent marked for returns only. They let you stand there for 20 minutes before saying anything and are rude when they say "you cant be in this line if it's not a return. Go to the other line. "

Nice selection of clothing for both my daughters. Sometimes the store seems to have too much going on, but they usually have a decent selection.

Not bad but I like what I find because I think they have a limited amount of the items in sizes but I love it. I would give it five star rating.

Went today to this location and it is by far the worst the Ross I've ever seen. Looked at the lotion and you can tell most of them have been used. Wrapping open on most items but they taped back. Just ridiculous location.

I love Ross but this one is infested with crickets. It's kinda hard to shop when crickets are jumping out from under racks & shelves. Its also hard to want to buy kitchenware or food from there with all those crickets. They need to hire a professional pest control company and a cleaning company. The store is a hot mess & it keeps on getting worse.

Favorite store by far. Love that I can get a great price. Could do better with thier organization but good store over all.

They usually have a good selection of women's, plus, mens, big and tall, and kids. Their boys selection is abysmal in comparison to the stuffed rows of girls clothes.

Ross unfortunately will not improve their store presentation, product variety, prices as long as the demographics they market to continue to shop. This says alot about the people Ross is aiming for. I will never set foot into Ross.

I can never go in for just one thing. I usually walk out with a full basket. If you don't mind scrimmaging the racks, you'll love this place! Prices are always the best.

Great selection of clothing and housewares. Reasonable prices. My only issue, is that the line to pay, takes a really long time. Other than that, it's a great store. Something for everyone.

The price is pretty cheap and affordable. The products are not comparable like that of Marshalls or TJ Maxx. The Isles and items are not always as organized; you do have to dig through them most of the times. They do not have new incoming items separated on separate racks like that at Marshalls or TJ Maxx. Sometimes though you can find a pretty good deal on brand name products.

This Ross is clean and organized. It made shopping easier and more enjoyable. However, it’s the the typical Ross where only one cash register is open, while two other workers organize returns. There is ample parking being that it is located near the Brazos Town Center. Another plus is that it is very near other big stores like Best Buy and Target.

Great place to find so many brands at awesome bargains! But you won't find everything everytime. It does have a bit to do with being lucky to reach at the same time they get plenty of new stock.

Ross carries varried items. My purchase today included one of many sugar free flavored syrups, and a small sketch book. Both items were priced fairly at $3 for the sketchbook amd $4 for the sf flavor syrup. I asked one employee for help finding and item and was directed to the correct section. Checkout wasn't too bad, though I am shopping on a weekday, weekends you usually wait in line a bit longer. Overall like this store.

Ross could be a nice place to shop if they reorganize, restructure, and make the stores clean/presentable.

Unfortunately, I have to give Ross less than a favorable review concerning the check out process. Before I'd finished my transaction the cashier called for the next customer to approach the counter in a rather loud voice. The cashier then told the next customer to put their item on the counter.that I was still standing at. I do not appreciate the new system Ross has taken on to make their sales faster. It's a matter of personal space and a concern of privacy to have the next person step in right behind me while handling my purchase with my credit card. I hope they will realize that this is off-putting and change their process.

We were greeted upon arrival. Employees were very helpful and professional. We enjoyed our visit.

It's a typical Ross, nothing is really organized, the layout is everywhere, and lines are slow.ended up not making a purchase that day
