Came in to try on a few dresses and got a knock on the door, in the dressing room.

She was there to remove a container of pee someone had left behind.

I give two thumbs down. 1star. This place is not only unclean but obviously needs another restroom.

A good place to look for some quality decoration and for bargain prices at that.
The staffers very friendly and assisted me in any way to find my items. Surprisingly a lot of items to look at. The Variety is large.

They were okay, not great selection of shoes size 8 but its Ross, you get what you get. Store was clean and organized and no line.

This is twice now I was pleasantly surprised at all the products they have. Including big mens clothes and shoes.

I usually don't go to this particular Ross. I forgot about this one being in an area near my church. I purchase the face. A nail kit. For the baskets. It's well as a knife set and a set of note cards. For under $40 total. It really made my day. And during the time that I went with was after 2 p.m. On Sunday I was in and out of line. Great haul.

Worst Ross I have ever been to. You expect some disorganization at a Ross store, but this one was beyond disorganized. Chose some items to try on and I had to walk out of the dressing room without trying anything on because the smell in there was unbearable. Smelled like a port-a-potty. Will never come here again.

Needs a better selection of Clothing, not old fashioned clothes, they needs to play catch up with the types of Styles of clothes. Customer Service not good, Long lines are terrible, people standing in lines for more than 20 minutes, Not acceptable.

Store was messy and the cashier area is not easily approachable if you have a basket. The shoes need to be in boxes it looks like a thrift store. The management needs to visit Marshalls shoe dept for tip. The toy section need to be removed from the store or locked down these kids have a field day.

Way too crowded! Two people can't even shop on the same aisle! Greedy greedy greedy too much merchandise to small space. Everything is too cluttered I cannot navigate. I want to Target instead.

Is it disorganized? Yes.is it cheap though? Yes.is it worth the understaffed waiting in line for cashiers to catch up? Once in a while. Clothes here is ok but they need to fix alot. Btw, be careful about tech you buy here.sometimes it doesn't work.

I'm here at the store at 8pm and spent an hour looking for clothes just to be told that the stores dressing room closes an hour before the store closes at this time it was 9: 10 and the store closes at 10: 30. I Had no choice but to leave my pile of clothes in a random location. All I wish is that I would have known this before searching.

I still find some good deal for my Christmas presents, the store was a little meesy probably because the last minute Shopping.

Staff was some what friendlywomens chlothes was mixed with the kids chlothes very confusing but the mens section was on point and the cashiers need work on there attitudes try smiling somwtimes

Ross is my number one store. Almost everything I need for my home I can find it at Ross. I goes too all the Ross stores that is close to me and I like going to different Ross they all have different things. I try too go to at least two of them every two weeks. The best Ross to me is the one that's across 635 freeway from Town East Mall. There is one thing that need too be taught to the employees they need too be more courteous to the customers especially the one off of Westmoreland.
