We had the best experience working with Ross Howard Designs. We met with several different companies to get quotes. Once I met with Ross Howard it was clear to see they were by far the company to use! They were extremely professional. They had a showroom that was extremely convenient to get too and great products too see. Th prices were reasonable. And they were ahead of schedule with getting our product in. The set up was fast and easy! I HIGHLY recommend!

Loren and Colin has been so helpful over the years with my motorized blinds. During the multiple visits over the years they are always super nice and helpful, pulling out books of colors and they have most (or all) blind types on display to lower and adjust just like you would at home! They are very service oriented, always willing to stop by for an adjustment or measuring. Even after the sale they have been fantastic. The painters took down my blinds and did not put them back up right, so Ross Howard came out and adjusted all of them for free. They have such incredible customer service. 100% recommend!

Good selection of products in the showroom. Collin helped me find just what I wanted. We went a little over budget but after seeing the finished product, very glad we did. Installation team also very nice and meticulous

We had a great experience with Ross Howard Designs. They installed a roller shade and roman shade on two large windows in our home and the treatments are exactly what we were hoping for. The process from picking fabrics/shades to taking measurements to installation was very smooth. I appreciated that each time they came to our home they removed their shoes or used protective coverings and the installer left the work area clean.

We absolutely love our automatic shades. Even added a few after the initial coverage. Colin was great to work with in helping me choose color and style. Very professional company and great overall experience!

Working with Ross Howard Designs was easy from start to finish! With Colin coming to do the initial quote and measurement to working with Loren to schedule the install to the actual installation - it was a pleasure to work with all of them. Colin was so knowledgeable and helpful with what coverings to get and Loren was always in touch about when the treatments were getting in. The installation duo was great and fast!
