Chad from Roto Rooter is the best! He came way quicker than I thought. Was professional and worked quickly. And he was very kind and friendly. I would 100% refer him to anyone looking for a plumber.

We are in Round Rock, and the company reached out to us shortly after I booked the appointment online. Logan was our technician who helped us getting our kitchen sink unclogged. He was very nice, patient, courteous, and professional! He explained the job, the price, and the warranty up front. I love everything he did!

Shannon came to help us unclog our dishwasher and disposal today. He was incredibly helpful and taught us how to avoid future clogs. Would definitely recommend him.

Brad was quick to diagnose our water heater problem, suggested we get the replacement part for free from the manufacturer as we were under warranty, and he was also quick and diligent in installing the new parts. Highly recommend!

On New Year's Day, Roto dispatch took my call and found a technician willing and able to fix the leak in my house which was flooding walls and flooring.

Logan was the tech who took the call from dispatch. Extremely polite and enthusiastic. Couldn't have been nicer really. Explained everything as he went along and was not bothered by my questions.

It's a condo with odd pipe configurations across multiple units. The issue was more complicated than just a snake through the lines, but he figured it all out.

He saw the damage it had caused, so he called his restoration teammate Chad and asked him if he could come over to access the damage. Chad drove from New Braunfels to Cedar Park. Quite an effort on any day, but especially on Saturday, New Year's Day.

He did a great job as well. Direct about the damage, but not pushy on the sales side either. Both of them together made a great team.

I did not have an accurate perception of Roto- Rooter and never used them before because of it. Now I know better. Very grateful, and impressed to be honest.

Oscar was absolutely incredible when we called to have his service our clogged main pipeline. On Christmas of all days, after calling the office to schedule an emergency repair, Oscar was there within the hour and diagnosed the issue within 10-15 minutes of arrival. Sometimes it’s hard to understand what’s happening with your plumbing, and plumbers can be difficult when sharing the details in layman’s terms. Oscar walked us through the issue that was occurring and told us how to prevent the clog from happening in the future. We highly recommend using Oscar, as he is an absolute gem of a person, and would be the first person we would call whenever we have a plumbing issue. Thank you Oscar for saving our Christmas!

Had a clog on the main. Worked until the problem was resolved. Took time to make sure the problem was properly resolved. Did not leave a mess for me to clean up. Courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Price was reasonable and worth every cent. Did not try to upsell more work, focused on the problem at hand.

Update: A camera inspection was part of service i paid for. Never heard from them. Then they called out of the blue on CHRISTMAS DAY to have a tech come by. Refused, was not told a new scheduled time. Weird.

We called Roto-Rooter Plumbing when our sewer pipes clogged up and our toilet seal broke. They came within one hour and did a fantastic job repairing what needed to be repaired. We would recommend them highly!

I had an emergency toilet issue on a Sunday. They dispatched Logan for the call that afternoon. Logan is a very polite gentleman. He replaced the wax seal to my toilet and caulked around it. He explained in detail the process and showed me what he was doing. He cleaned very well after the job too! I will be using Roto-Rooter for future services.

My service technician was professional and knowledgeable. They were prompt and arrived within less than an hour and a half after I called where others would be the next day or even longer.

I called at 630pm. They promised to be out within 4 hours. After waiting around for almost 3 hours they call to tell me they are unavailable. Unprofessional and unacceptable business practices.
Use someone else.

I was charged $430 for an auger service to unclog my washing machine drain. The drain was not able to be unclogged. I had spoken with the plumber about unclogging my bathroom sink as well. He said he was going to charge $430 for the washing machine drain and $250 for the bathroom sink. He said I would not be charged anything if the drains could not be unclogged. I said ok. So he rings up a bill for $430 for the bathroom sink? So he says another plumber will come out with a camera and an auger with a grinding tip to fix the washer drain. So a second plumber comes out he has no camera and no auger with a grinding tip. He says that my washing machine drain needs a clean out installed and that requires a normal plumber. I find it odd that the first auger had no tip whatsoever. This company seems illigitimate to me.

The team that showed up was clean professional and addressed a difficult situation in a timely manner explaining the process each step of the way.when complete they left my home as clean as when they arrived and explained the bill n warranty thoroughly.

The whole process was so easy and simple. The response time was quick and the repair was so thorough. Fixed the issue on the spot. Highly recommend.

The person who came was very good he knows what he’s doing and he was very patience with us. Also came just on time.

We had a bad main line clog that a previous plumber said needed to be dug up and then suggested a small company. We called them but they said it would be a couple days before coming out and it could cost us thousands, depending on the issue.

Roto-Rooter came out the same day that I called and flushed the line before anything else, which fixed the issue. Our technician was professional and friendly, and let us know we have a 6 month period if anything else should act up. I'm so glad we called them!

Called to get a clogged line cleared and they were able to come out very quickly. Logan provided amazing service and was super thorough in making sure all issues were resolved before he left. I never write reviews but Logan was so awesome I wanted to give him his due. Thanks for the service Logan! They should give you a raise, sir!
