Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup, Richmond TX

Our washing machine overflowed and damaged the 3rd floor utility room and 2nd floor ceiling of our home, Roto-Rooter came out on the same day and began work that day. Juan the field supervisor was very professional and assessed the damage right away. He walked us through the step by step process of how to file a homeowner's claim. Shortly thereafter, Reuben arrived, he handled the water mitigation process and was very professional and knowledgeable as well. He took the time to explain all the work that he was going to do and executed it quickly and efficiently. He was able to work around our busy work schedules sometimes coming in the morning and sometimes waiting till after work. I felt comfortable having him in our home and I appreciated that he always wore shoe covers. I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter after our experience with Reuben and Juan. Also, I thought it was reassuring that both gentlemen offered their cell phone numbers for us to call anytime in case any issues came up. Lastly, there is a lifetime guarantee on their work. I had some plumbing issues, called and was happy to get an appointment for the same day. My window was 9am to 1pm. This time came and went and no one showed up so I called and was told that they are very busy and I would be next, I called again at 3 pm and nothing. Someone then called me at 4 pm telling me that they got held up t another job due to complexities and if they can moved my y appointment to the next day. I cancelled my appointment with them and went to another smaller company and had someone show up with 1.5 hours. I don't know the quality of their work because I never got to experience it due to this scheduling issues.

Have had a drain issue for our washer for 6 years. Steve came out and fixed us right up! Went the extra mile! Was very friendly and down to earth. Will definitely use Steve in the future if needed.
