Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup, El Paso TX

Great service, needed an installation of kitchen sink faucet and they were in my home in less than an hour with an hour of labor. Their employee explained everything step by step. They are a bit on the pricey side but I believe they're worth it.

Roto-rooter has been amazing to work with. I was having plumbing issues (pipe leaks) last month 2x and they always had available staff (plumbers, techs) that were able to get sent to my house promptly and repair it on the same day. I was very anxious going into this but Miguel was very calming and on top of it. Prior to them I had 2 other plumbers take a look and was just getting bounced around for the issue. My water heater broke on a Saturday afternoon, water everywhere. Roto-Rooter showed up that same day, stopped the water, put up fans, and had the water heater replaced by the next day. Richey, Miguel & Moises were all very helpful. Moises did a great job ripping up all of the carpet, checking on the drying process with the fans, and making the process as easy as possible.

Roto-Rooter answered and set up an appointment the same day to ensure the water stopped running in the house. They spent the next 2 days assuring me that they would take care of everything. They were very careful with my personal items and did an amazing job with fixing the leak and getting the house dried out. They came back to the house daily until everything was dry and they treated the house to ensure I did not get mold in the house. I am grateful for the work they did in the house. They are a little pricey but sometimes you get what you pay for, and I paid for peace of mind. Thank you for your kindness and excellent customer service.

Plumber were incompetent I requested unplug drain n he stated that he had performed his test n needed to replace drain pipe. Well you might guess after 1200 dollars he got paid problem still exists. Now I gave to wait till Monday so he stated.

Seamless customer service from beginning to end. I had a leaky faucet in my backyard and decided to contact Roto-Rooter. I scheduled an appointment on their website (very short and simple) early in the morning (before opening hours). Immediately after opening hours, I was contacted by a friendly, professional Roto Rooter representative that told me he was sending a plumber within 45 minutes to give me an estimate on the work. Approximately 45 minutes later a plumber named Juan M.was at my door ready to make an assessment on the leaky faucet. He was professional, prompt and gave me a quick estimate on the work. He fixed the faucet in less than fifteen minutes and explained the year warranty behind his work. I was impressed by the professionalism and seamless customer service from beginning to end. Had Frank come give me a free estimate and still gave me a good price to fix my problem very respectful and good customer service definitely would recommend.

Made appointment with ease and they took care of the rest. Customer service was excellent and they also work closely with insurance. Definitely recommend to anyone that’s in need of mitigation due to water issues.

Answered after hours right away. However very expensive to come in at night. So I deferred the repair to the next day. It was still expensive but got done quickly.

We called them because our water bill trippled and we were not sure why. He showed up, charged us $140 for the visit. He told us we don’t have a water pressure regulator but needed one desperately. He said this costs thousands of dollars but he'd give us a deal, only $1300.

My husband found the regulator this morning. He replaced it for $40.

We still don't know why our water bill is so high. Don't waste your money on people that want to scam you.

Prompt service but very expensive over $500 labor cost for a job that took less than an hour

Made an appointment for a Saturday between the hours of 11am - 4pm and was told a technician would call 30 minutes prior to arrival. Saturday came and went and I'm still waiting.really!
