Andres was very professional and courteous. I work with many service technicians and this one was by far the best. He did clean work and explained the process from start to finish. After clearing the drain he filled the sink several times to make sure the issue was resolved. The clogged was affecting 2 apartment units and now my residents are happy.

Worst customer service ever!
We have been dealing with them for the past two months and still can’t finish the job.
Guys come here, work for maybe 20 minutes and take off.
This is getting a little too ridiculous!

This place is absolutely amazing! They responded on the weekend and came out ahead of schedule and completed repairs ahead of schedule! Will be using them again!

I was able to book an appointment late Friday evening for early Saturday morning. Andres arrived on time and was friendly, informative and proposed a cost effective solution after thoroughly investigating. Our master toilet was slow to drain and was freed from its partial clog with a 6’ closet auger. I would 110% utilize this company again. Thanks, Andres!

I would give zero stars if I could. The gentleman who came and unclogged my drain was awesome! He told me a camera inspection of my pipes was part of the service and someone could come out that day. I said I was busy the rest of the day and was told I would be called to set an appointment for someone to come out with a camera.

The following day I’m out running errands when my Ring went off. I looked to find someone walking up my driveway to my side yard. Came back to the driveway, looked in my trash can then sat in their truck in front of my house. I called 911 since I had no idea who this person was.

Long story short, it was the person with the camera. I called him back as he had left a message after going on my property without my permission. He said he did call and it went straight to voicemail. There was only one call from that number so I don’t think he actually called. I asked if he thought it was ok for him to go on my property without permission.

I said he did not speak to me prior to going on my property and he kept saying the call went straight to VM. I did not receive a call to set an appt or anything. He hung up on me.

I finally spoke with a manager who said they would counsel him. It was obvious he did not have an issue with the tech going on my property without permission. He never even apologized.

To say I was upset is an understatement. Not to mention the fear seeing this strange person at my house!

Andres was knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend and use Roto Rooter again.
