Super great experience. The best chiropractic experience I've had in a really long time. They are easy to work with and I feel a lot better. I've even started having my kids adjusted there!

I've been going here for years and I've never been disappointed. I love the owners and the staff. I do have my favorites!

I'm probably one of the old timers here. I been coming here regularly since I was prego (2009) with my 2nd kid and she is 13 now (2023). Kate the owner has kept things running really well.

On the massage side:
Currently I see:
Norma A. She has cupping option as an Add-on. I does some cupping myself at home. I see Norma for my back cupping. Norma is pretty knowledgeable. For example, I regularly have headache starting from the back of my head. On my first visit, Norma pointed out that my neck muscle is very (very) tight. She worked on it (not a fun muscle to work on 10000%) but that week I didn't have headache and come to think about it, I haven't had a bad headache since I start seeing here. The neck muscle, she would work on it every time I see her, it doesn't hurt that much anymore.

Norma is a bit on the silly, strange (to someone), or maybe even odd/nut ball to others. To me, I see her as funny person, who takes everything with a light heart and very easy going.

Kelly Timmons, very knowledgeable and has a lot of old timers that see her

I've been going to RRHW for over a year now and they are the BEST. The massage & chiropractic services have really helped my shoulder pain. I even got my husband on service with massage and acupuncture for his knee pain. The staff is always friendly and willing to find appointments whenever needed. They are truly lifesavers!

I've been seeing Dr. Pena for accunpuncture for about two months now for a nerve condition. I'm grateful that he has been able to reduce my pain from every day to maybe once a week. Even then, the pain is very mild. I was looking for a way to not have to use medication every day, and with his help, this has been successful.

Love the place and the care everyone treats me there. Shena is simply awesome. She is very respectful and takes the time to listen to you. She is never in a rush and takes the time to provide recommendations.

Great experience. Went to massage, acupuncture and chiropractor (Dr Blair) while I was pregnant and wow, this time around the birth was amazing (no medication) and I'm pretty sure all the work from these people were super helpful (second birth). Totally recommend this place. Lovely people!

I've been going to Round Rock Health and Wellness for massages since 2008. The massage therapists are great. You can read about each therapist to find one that fits your needs. I go once a month and the cost is not as high as other places. They also offer chiropractor and acupuncture services. They are locally owned!
