Buying a pre owned car here was a great experience. I got a call from a sales person right away after I inquired about the availability of the car I liked. They got it ready for me to have it tested. I was never pushed by the salesman and he answered all my questions honestly. They have very good prices and I think I got a really good deal. Great costumer service.

The owner commented on my review asking to speak to me about this issue the same day I made the review. Turns out it was only to make himself look good online because I emailed him right after he replied to my review, giving him the chance to contact me and discuss the matter, and I've yet to receive a reply. Again, horrible customer service.

Horrible service department. I took my car in almost two weeks ago to get a recall fixed and I still don't have my car back. No communication from them at all. My dad had to make a surprise visit to the service department (after my car had been there a week) for them to even order the parts! Lazy and incompetent employees. I rely on my car 100% for income so I have been out of work for two weeks because of this. I was never offered a rental or any kind of help what so ever. Choose another dealership to get your car fixed.

I called to make an appt in regards to a recall notice I received ex on my 2021 Tucson. I also inquired about some other services to provide as well in addition to the recall. I was communicated per my service specialist that It would take around 2-4 hours to complete the service.

I called back the morning of my appt.to ask and assist with the shuttle service that I needed provided since loaner vehicles were not available. I was told then that they only provide shuttle service for 10 miles.
I was encouraged to keep my appt.even though I provided concern with the ability to get back to work since it would be more that 10 miles. I was told I would have a service specialist call me before my appt to make sure that my concerns were taken care of.
I never received a call back. I decided to take it in my own haha and book a rental at a place near the dealership. Even though I knew that there would only be a possible 4 hour window that Hyundai and stated they would have my car. Once I arrived I was then told that my car would not be ready at that time and they don’t know why someone told me otherwise. They basically were saying that it wasn’t their fault that I was not provided the possible right communication.
They asked me where I wanted my shuttle and since I wasn’t familiar with the area i mentioned a car rental place and asked if it was near by. The response I got was “I don’t know, we don’t use that service. ”
I then inquired what rental service they used and I was told of another company. I then asked if there were assistance programs like discounts that were provided through that company and they continued to give me short answers.

Next issue- I received my contract of the services provided that were agreed upon through our conversation, in the contract it started that my car was promised by 6pm at the end of the day.
I called the following morning since I saw this on my contract that my car would be ready, I was then told that it was a typo and a mistake and to not look at that. I was also told at that moment that my car had not been looked at but that the service specialist who was assigned to my car service would call me back. I requested at least an update so that I know if I need to extend my rental car reservation.
I called the next day and asked the status of my car, and was told again that my car had not been looked at. It has now been 48 hours, past the time that was promised of when my car was told it would be ready and done. I have yet to receive a call back from the specialist that was assigned to me. I have tried to contact someone, requested to speak to a manager, requested for a simple and transparent communication and I have continued to get some form of attitude and have been treated as if this is my issue that my car is not ready, it’s my issue that I have been given wrong information.

Since I cannot receive a call back or assistance I feel like this is the only way I can hopefully gather someone’s attention.
There has been no transparency, communication, honesty or even customer service provided.

Though I did not purchase my car from this dealership I still feel like I should at least be treated with respect as a customer. I am thoroughly disappointed with my experience here and will not be using their service again.

J D is the best. He always greats me with a smile. Takes totally care of me with product and pricing. Today my car was completely not turning on. My husband jumped car so I could bring it into Hyundai. I got right in with no appt.

I went in for a routine service (oil change) plus installation of a factory part that I had ordered beforehand for my daily commuter, 2014 Elantra Limited. Overall a good experience as facilities were clean and up to date. My advisor was friendly and knowledgable enough about their product. It was pretty clear they were very busy in service during the time I was there so overall I was pleased with the level of service provided and the amount of time I had to wait.

I have sonata hybrid car. I went there for service. They told me to change bunch of stuff and they changed me 1000$ but later have I have noticed problem coming up. So I asked them to see what’s going on. They are even charging me 130$ to inspect. I will never return to this service center.

Horrible experience today! My appointment was at 10: 30. Didn’t leave the dealership until 5: 20. Was told after multiple hours that they didn’t even have a tech to look at the car yet. After all that, I’m looking at my bill and trying to figure out why my Sonata takes 10 qts of oil that I was charged for. Really sad because South Point is the next closest dealer and they are just as bad.

One of my buddy's referred me to go see Lance at this dealership because I had an odd situation. My car had been totaled a couple weeks prior to walking into the dealership and didn't have great credit. I went in and saw Lance who is super knowledgeable about the car industry and he immediately went to work with my situation. Lance then introduced me to Yakila who is also really knowledge and has been selling cars for years. They both listened to what I wanted and what I was looking for. My situation was not the best and required more attention than the usual person. For over a week or two they worked thier butts off for me and got the deal done. It was a great experience. If you want someone to listen to your needs and really work hard for you and people that are honest. Go see Yakila and Lance.

This is a great place to buy vehicle. My wife and I have purchased our last 4 vehicles from round rock auto group and when you do business with a Penske store you always get treated right. Don't waste your time this is the place to buy.

Paul Clevlen at RoundRock Hyundai sold me my car and he is fabulous! He was very through, efficient, and had the answers to all of my questions. The transaction was a breeze and he is to be commended for staying late so I could take delivery of my car that night. No wonder Round Rock Hyundai is the best. I highly recommend them! Awesome service and follow through!

The gentleman who helped me in the service department was very kind and helpful this morning. The diagnostic fee is 130.00 no matter what. If they fix your problem, the 130 goes toward the total. If you don't have them do the repair, you still pay the 130 no matter what. I think the cost of the repair I need done is high, so, I'm looking for someone else to fix it now that I know what the problem is.

The service I received at Hyundai was top notch. J. R.was thorough and clear about services. He was extremely courteous, and I never felt pressured.
