Got my first car here and I love it! Doc was so helpful and he was really cool & he helped me stay in my budget range, everything was such a breeze & I’ve gotten so many compliments on the car especially the pretty blue color that I picked, i always get asked where I got it and I told them round rock Toyota was the place to go!

I’ve bought several vehicles from Round Rock Toyota and have always been treated with respect. They’ve never been pushy. I highly recommend them. This latest truck I bought I worked with Gabriel “Doc” Holliday. Great experience!

They got me in and out quickly. Stopped for oil change no appointment. I understand an Appointment would be preferred nonetheless I would definitely return as the service was excellent

I went into this dealership on Aug 18,2018, to purchase the 2014 Totyota Tacoma, Stock #: TP043478 Miles: 103,650. I am on a strict budget and could only afford 10K including TTL. The manager, Brandon Truong took very minimal time to even speak to us.

He was clearly only trying to make more than what the vehicle is worth and didn’t care about my circumstance.
I will never go to this dealership ever again.
I am a single parent, disabled veteran. I brought my DD-214 to prove it but he saw us for less than 3mins! Truly this was disgraceful treatment to my father and I.

My sales person Arman Toshizi was very gracious and helpful in the buying process. The internet sales rep Brandon Truong was awesome, who was our contact thru the USAA website. The financial representative Brad Wolski was extremely rude. His demeanor was dismissive and disrespectful, he continually called me stupid for not purchasing the extended warranty. Shortly after I decided not go purchase said warranty, he started to spit his dip excessively which was disgusting and unnecessary. I’m not from the south, I’m starting to notice that it’s fairly common, but totally unprofessional. I would not go back here. Nor would I recommend any friends or family.

Dipak was really nice and honest. As far as everything else. I didn’t appreciate how I was told by Brandon when I was in Pittsburgh and interested in a 2017 used Corolla model that they had it on hold for me but then sold it soon after. Some other things raised red flags for me (e.g. The dealership wouldn’t provide me verbally even with the car invoice over the phone when other dealerships would and would use other sly tactics like the rebates are completely gone on the 2019 models). While that may be true, I have done extensive research and have visited to multiple dealerships and they were upfront with me and told me that Toyota definitely puts a high incentive on new models so salesmen can make their sales quota. The first time I went to visit here in June was really good. Second time not so much these past two days. No one really offered coffee or anything and the place seemed like a ghost town. Also, I felt that a lot of the sales tactics were meant for just making a buck. I purchased my 2019 Toyota Corolla LE model at Cedar Park and am very happy I went there. Got a really stellar deal and the customer service was on par.

The people were very friendly, honest, clear in communication, and helpful. My regular maintenance was completed efficiently, and I didn’t wait as long as I thought I would.

One thing that could be improved upon is the waiting area. It’s relatively small, and their are not many work stations or tables for waiters. I also saw a couple moms with young kids. It would be nice if there was a designated area to keep kids occupied.

Getting the oil changed has never been better. They serve coffee and other refreshments while you wait for your car to be serviced. I love Toyota and will always buy cars from Round Rock Toyota. The whole experience has been great.

I went in and had an appt with Nicole. They ran my credit, checked out my 2004 Toyota for trade in, Gave me the value. I test drove my 2017 Toyota Camry. I signed the final paperwork agreeing to payments and conditions. I called and got insurance on it. Then Nicole went to the back and then asked me if I could get a cosigner or come up with a $2500 down pymt to go with my trade in. WHAT? I asked her what was going on and she said she was sorry, and I got my keys back from her and left. I have Never been treated like this and actually hard to believe it happened.

I called and left a message and Tracy, the sales mngr did not reply.

I was planned to go to see Honda at the beginning, but I just walked into Toyota for quick look of Camry, Inno is very enthusiastic to invite me try to drive Camry, I feel very best experience and then decide to buy Camry LE, it is recommended to buy Toyota here!

Went in for oil and tire rotation. Slow leak in tire. Was called could not fix tire must replace. Discount Tire repaired at no cost

The service here is always top-notch. The waiting area is comfy, staff are courteous and efficient, and the refreshment bar has a surprising amount of variety. Definitely does not have the standard "waiting on your car" feel.

I just purchased a 2018 Highlander from Round Rock Toyota. The customer service is top notch compared to Cedar Park Toyota. Our sales rep took the time to provide us with different options and got us into a vehicle that met our needs. I can't remember his last name, but Allan was the guys who helped us. The process was quick with minimal delay to get us to financing. I would definitely recommend Round Rock Toyota.

Great dealership where I didn't have to wait long or bargain with the salesmen. I did research ahead of time and came in with a specific car I wanted to see. It was the easiest time I've ever had of purchasing a car and I will definitely be returning here for service and when I need to buy a new car.
