Highly recommend the Roup Dental office. The staff is amazing, office is clean and calming and Dr Roup is great.

First visit with my new dentist Dr. Kimberly and I was very impressed! My hygienist Andrea was uber-gentle and fast and efficient. Everyone was friendly, and I am glad I found such an awesome new dentist!

I had a crown come off over the weekend, so I took a chance and was at the office when they opened at 7: 00 a.m. On Monday morning. The receptionist asked me to have a seat while she checked on an exam space. They called me back in about 5 minutes. After checking to make sure the crown still fit right, they got it cemented back in place. I was headed out of there by about 7: 40. I really appreciate Dr. Roup and the staff taking care of my problem so quickly.

I have been going to Roup dental for over 20 years. I always get great service and Dr Roup is very honest. He doesn’t recommend work unless you really need it, unlike other dentist who always seem to find a need for fillings. The staff is always very friendly and professional.

I saw a recent review that said they couldn’t get an appointment for a new patient until Jan 2024, and they thought the office was playing games. If they were requesting a cleaning then this is par for the course. The dental hygienists really are booked that far out. However If something else is needed like a filling, crown, or some type of emergency, Dr Roup has always been able to see me in a timely manner.

I believe I have a sound treatment plan and my teeth were cleaned with high quality. The staff was friendly and answered all my questions. Grateful to be a patient of Roup Dental!

This clinic seems to have high ratings but does it reflect the real quality of service here? I tried to schedule an appointment as a new patient after seeing the reviews. Then the lady on the phone said they don't have any opening for new patients until Jan 2024 and I can sign up to see if anything pops up. Do they really think people would believe that? No opening for 6 months? They are not even top level dentists. Or they are playing a trick to make you feel they are very popular. I guess they are successful on this trick as they are only open four days a week. Also, this office has tricky hours on each day as the voice mail says at least until today 7/6/2023. On Mon and Wed, they open until 5. But when I called around 4 on a Mon/Wed, voice mail already says they are closed. I don't feel any professionalism. Maybe they only "care" about existing patients and are full of mind games.
Some patients tried to defend for them. Whatever I said, you said or they said, patients with common sense will make their own judgements.

These guys are the best! Dr. Roup is a top notch dentist, all staff are friendly and helpful. I drive an hour away to continue coming to this practice.

The front staff is always friendly and welcoming! Both doctors are friendly, professional, and great at what they do! I truly enjoy my visits.

I have been totally delighted with my several years using Roup Dental from all aspects - patient, accommodating, very friendly, and no nonsense dental care. Dr. Roup does the right thing as necessary, and my dental hygienist does a great job and makes you feel "right at home. " Support staff are efficient. Basically, hard to imagine any better.

They are incredibly efficient and thorough! And they are always on time for your scheduled appointment. The staff is professional, extremely competent, and friendly. I love that they have the option of 7 am appointments. Special thanks to Jackie who is an incredible technician and always does such a good job!

The Roup Dental office is always so friendly and comfortable. My dental hygienist Maria is the best. She pays attention to every detail in my mouth, warns when she thinks I may feel pressure or pain.
