Nat was extremely thorough and was open to answer my many questions. He fixed our problem and was upfront about the procedure and cost. We appreciate his quick response and commitment to get the job done.

I had a drain issue that a few other companies were not able to fix. Finally called Route 66 and they were able to figure out my issue and get my sewer line replaced. Nat and Victor Lopez did a fantastic job and were life savers. Pricing is transparent and great compared to other companies in the area. Highly recommend!

Called for a basic water heater installation. Charged $65 for coming out which was expected. The quote was $2,500 minus the initial $65. Called another plumbing company and same job, next day service for $1,300. Great service and saved $$$!

I am very pleased. They got me in on an emergency same day basis. Mr. Lopez did a great job and made sure he cleaned up after the job.

Scheduled an appointment for a quote to hook up a gas stove. Our time slot was between 10am and noon. Service tech arrived at 1pm. We were charged $69 for the quote. This was unexpected as the person I spoke with on the phone when scheduling the appointment failed to mention there would be a charge for them to come out and give the quote. This was our first interaction with this company.not impressed.
