Rowan Piercing Studio, Southlake TX

I came in with lots of questions following a traumatic ear-hole incident. They were able to answer my questions and gave me some recommendations. They were very busy when I visited on a Saturday, and when I came in during the week, there was plenty of time to talk to the nurse.

Friendly, patient, knowledgeable staff. They made my daughter's first piercings (lobes) a stress-free experience. They also helped me with getting my ears repierced.

I went to this store, having never been, and found the staff so helpful and nice. I recommend this store for their services and products.

Jennifer was so sweet and fun i had the best experience getting my third lobe piercing.i am definitely coming back to have her help stylize the rest of my ear with more piercings

Such a great experience & super sanitary! All of the girls were amazing and Denicia was the smoothest piercer I’ve ever had! I got my 3rd holes, with device, and mid helix, with needle, done. I’ll definitely return for additional piercings!

I felt SO cared for during the entire experience- the staff is professional, jewelry is top notch, the piercing process was painless. I did not feel a thing! I was about to ask if the piercing even went through. The environment of the shop had such pretty colors, good lighting, and welcoming to people of all ages. Defiantly will be back to fill up my ears.

The women servicing in this studio are amazing! Super helpful and knowledgeable! They have budget friendly pieces as well as beautiful, high quality pieces! I had a piercing in for years that I had trouble getting out. They addressed all of my concerns and I am much happier with what I ended up with here at Rowan!

My kiddo was too afraid to go through with it, because she recently had her vein rolled during a blood draw. We thought the staff was very professional and compassionate with no peer pressure. We'll be back:)

We went here because my wife had her earring partially stuck in her ear, and over the phone they assured us they’d be able to help. However, after visiting, the nurse looked at it, poked it a few times, and told my wife she would need to go to urgent care to get it removed. After which, proceeding to charge us $35 anyway despite being unable to provide the service we asked for. A week or so later, my wife was able to get out the earring herself without much trouble. Definitely not worth the time or money to go here.

Do NOT recommend going here. I went to Rowan expecting what they market, professional piercers that will give you a piercing experience like no other. Well I was wrong. When I went months ago to get a lobe piercing (not even a cartilege thank God) they did not know what they were doing. I asked if they recomended the gun or needle and they did not know and said gun would work fine. Well it didn’t, the gun on both ears got stuck and they had to pull the part off my ears. Months and months later after my ear should be healed by now I am still having problems with it. Keloids, bumps, bleeding etc. I have never had problems like this especially for a lobe. Very upset with the amount I paid for it to turn out like this. Wish i would have just went to Claire’s as i have many piercings and I’ve never had an issue there.

Pierced with earrings that were too small. I’ve known two friends so far that have had to get their piercings removed at another shop because of the experience they had at Rowan
