0/10 would NOT recommend. This place use to be amazing but now it’s horrible. Very unorganized, unsanitary and unprofessional. Save your time and money.

We went last week for my 5 1/2 year old and 7 year old boys. My youngest had went to the Atascocita location about 2 years ago and loved it. Not sure if it is just the KW location, but this was horrible. They went for 2 weeks and we got a refund. They did ZERO gymnastics, they only did a work out. They stretched for a really long time, did an ab roller, were told to hang on a bar (while doing nothing- just hanging), the teacher didn't even know what to do. She constantly was looking at her clipboard, looking around, not paying attention, not demonstrating. My kids even mentioned that it seemed like she didn't want to be there. On the other hand, we tried out Juergen's this week and it was polar opposite. All of the coaches were demonstrating, helping, guiding, encouraging. I would NEVER try Rowlands again after experiencing what true gymnastics at Juergen's is.

STAY AWAY! Rowland Ballard has recently been sold to new owners and what was once a wonderful home for many families and athletes in the community has changed and not for the good. There has been ZERO communication from the new owners - Powers Gymnastics Group (Jill Powers and Trevor Thompson) - since they have taken over. People literally found out the gym was sold on Facebook! We were told they would introduce themselves - they never did. We were told there would be “no changes. ” More lies. The Dance director who’s been there for decades is now gone and the gymnastics Director, who’s been there 20 years, was then fired (which we also found out about on Facebook!) And now, they just cut the entire team program leaving every single one of those 60+ girls heartbroken and either scrambling to find a new gym or leaving them no choice but to quit the sport they love. It is very clear they do not care about the loyal coaching staff, the parents, or the athletes. This is solely about greed and money. Do not give them a penny!

If I could give RB Kingwood 0 stars I would. My daughter has committed years to this gym to hone her skills, and with less than a weeks notice, they disbanded her team and all other competitive teams. Very poor management. If you have a child that is passionate about gymnastics and has any desire to go past school aged classes DO NOT GO HERE. Shame on the new owners.

Stay away! They were recently bought out and coerced employees to sign a non-compete. (Which won't hold up in texas without fair enumeration). They then proceeded to fire them including coach David who was the only one advanced enough to teach my kids. Don't support these people, go elsewhere
