Absolutely love Dr. Pollack and her amazing staff. Abby always does a fantastic job setting my 8 year old at ease for his cleanings. He actually looks forward to his dentist visits. Highly recommend them

Great first visit to Dr. Pollack! She was fantastic with my daughter and worked with us on an orthodontist recommendation, even giving them a call on our behalf without us asking. Awesome staff and office.

I cannot express enough how thankful I am to have Dr. Pollock and her whole team treat my boys. They go above and beyond every time to ensure they have good visits. They make dental care very personalized and fun for the kids. I find it super sweet that my little one who wouldn’t allow them to put a mirror in his mouth at his first visit now causally brings up Dr. Pollock’s name at any given time. I cannot recommend this office enough!

Dr. Pollock and her team make the dental experience fun and enjoyable for kids and parents alike! When finding a pedatric dentist for my boys, it was important to me to find one that was passionate about their job as well as their patients. One who understood the importance of a child's dental experiences as well as the parents experiences during interactions with her, their hygienists and front office staff. Both of my children were apprehensive/anxious when it came to going to the dentist. I wanted them to like going to the dentist verses being scared. That's when we found Dr. Pollock. She is a true godsend and clearly loves what she does and the families at her practice. She is kind, gentle, thorough and understands the importance of the child's experience at the dental office. She truly understands how important it is for children to not be afraid of going to the dentist but actually look forward to and enjoy going. We absolutely adore and love Dr. Pollock and her team. Both of my boys now look forward to getting to go to the dentist. We have been patients with Dr. Pollock for at least 5+ years now and there has never been a time I have been unhappy with the services provided or our experience. She cares about her patients. She takes time to send post cards to children following their dental procedures expressing how well they did at their appointment, which both of my boys thought was too cool. She takes time to personally contact the parent the evening following any extensive dental procedures to see how they are doing and to answer any concerns or questions. If Dr. Pollock's welcoming energy was not enough in and of itself.your kids will be won over by the decor and atmosphere of the clinic area. Kids can enjoy movies on the screens while they wait and while getting their teeth cleaned. When getting any fillings or other treatments, children get the opportunity to select the movie to watch while they are there. Headsets are also offered so kids can hear the movie and not the drilling sound of tools. If you are looking for a fun, loving and kind atmosphere for your child's dental appointments.look no further! Dr. Pollock is amazing and I am beyond grateful to have found her and her practice. I never thought it would be possible for my boys to not be anxious going to the dentist but, because of her, they now love going to the dentist and look forward to going! Dr. Pollock and her team are hands down the best! Top notch!

My husband took our 2 year old for her first cleaning and it went so well! He said that the hygienist was amazing at her job and they were able to do a cleaning and fluoride treatment. On her first ever dentist visit! Dr. Pollock was patient and let our little one chat away while doing her exam. She was so excited to get a princess tooth brush and the mother load of stickers! She received a personal note a few days later and she is still walking around “reading” it everyday!

My 3 year old daughter had a tooth pulled because of infection. I was really worried about having her sedated and on gas but she did awesome! I credit this to the staff and dentist. They’re very knowledgeable and very thorough with young kids. They shower them with gifts, encouragement, and praise! Dr. Pollock called that night to check on her and even sent her a thank you note with her favorite character stickers! We will not go anywhere else. Hands down awesome best dentist for kids & awesome staff!

Excellent experience from start to finish! I love that bot kids were able to be seen at the same time and in the same space. They love their new dentist.

We absolutely loved this place! Yesterday was our first visit with my toddler and they made the whole experience awesome by showing excitment and explaining what all they were doing to help him understand what to expect. Not to mention, they spared no expense in making the office very kid friendly and welcoming. They even allow chidlren to pick out a toy after completing their visit. Everyone here is exceptional! I wish I had visited such a fun and welcoming place when I first went to the dentist it would have made a world of difference!

Couldn’t be happier with my 2 year old daughters first experience at the dentist! Both Abby and Dr. Polluck were very personable and patient with her. They have such a great set up for kids and have thought about so many details that makes the experience as pleasant as possible! So glad we found Rowlett Dental Kids!

Dr. Pollock and her team are AMAZING. My 11 yr old son has been in a phase where he truly detests having to waste valuable time doing mundane tasks like brushing his teeth. The folks at Rowlett Dental Associates have done such a great job getting him back on track! I’ve put off giving a review but other people, especially parents, should know how great it is here. He’s had cavities filled, teeth cleanings, and most recently a permanent tooth popped out of his gum over a baby tooth that wasn’t even loose yet. Dr. Pollock is ALWAYS so great with him! He always feels like it’s going to be just fine, even when he knows they are about to pull out a tooth. He’s happy to go! Not only are they super nice from the moment we walk in the door, but they talk to him like he’s person instead of a patient. He loves that and listens when they tell him how and why to take better care of his teeth. They always have a fun movie on for him to watch, even put headphones on him to hear the movie instead of dental gadgets, and talk to him throughout the entire visit. He looks forward to going to the dentist, no matter why we are there, because he completely trusts Dr. Pollock and all the staff there. The cleanings are always great and he enjoys getting to pick a treat from the shelf after each visit. This time it was a pack of colorful mechanical pencils for school but usually it’s toy to play with on the way home. My 17 year old also sees Dr. Pollock and loves that this is our forever dentist now. He hasn’t needed any treatment beyond regular exams and cleanings but agrees this is the best dentist we’ve EVER been to. After relocating a couple years ago and changing dentists a few times, we know we have found the best! If you are looking for a dentist that will take care of you like family, give this place a chance!

The best dentist for difficult kids. My daughter won't let anyone touch her teeth except Dr. Pollock. They're amazing here! The patience. The kindness. The affordable pricing. If your child fights going to the dentist, I promise this is the place for them. So blessed to have this place.
