The lady they have answering the phone is very nasty and disrespectful. She called me twice to hang up in my face. I am only working with them because they are who my builder uses for warranty repairs.
I would suggest you run and run quickly away from this company! Not to mention they are doing warranty work on a 3 month old home. I would wager money, that they are paying for the 5 star reviews.
