Got the $60 wash and detail. I was very pleased with the overall results. Worth the price.

Very good cleaning.inside and out. I got the $18 cleaning. Only gave it one star because I discovered all the coins I had in the center console were gone after I had driven a couple blocks away. Probably was less than $3 total and maybe I shouldn't of left it there, but I just didn't think of removing it. I just don't like those who take things that don't belong to them.

My wife and I dropped of our BMW off for a 2 hours detailing with 2 key fobs inside. When we returned home, one of them was missing. We bought the car an hour earlier and head straight out for detailing. We tried to talk to the store personnel, but everyone seemed to avoid the situation. The replacement key cost is extremely expensive to replace. We'll have to file a police report and see what happens.

The detail job is also bad, the lower parts of the car, the trunk and several small areas didn't get clean, also there are a lot of smudges throughout surface, we have to spent over 2 hours and 6 clean towels to re-clean the vehicle when we got home. This is our first time using their service and will be our last.

I have had my vehicles washed at this car wash for over 20 years and they are pretty good although I have to remind them to get the bugs off of it LOL

Will not be going back. Someone stole the lighters out of my armrest a small thing I know but it's the principal.

They have remodeled the place but not installed a new AC system so if it’s 100 degrees out and you’re trying to escape the heat and get a car wash, don’t come here.

I paid $28 for ultra detailing I received my car unvacumed and hood was dirty I asked them if they done they yes then I went inside to talk to manager he wasn’t there they did something to the exterior to re done
Guys make sure to ask about prices and include what also try to not go there I recommend go somewhere for basic it’s more cheaper and beneficial there job same like drive in washing it just waste money

I went by and asked for my missing matt. He took my number but I never heard back. I want my matt back!

Do not go here! Worst car wash I’ve been to in a long time, I went here today around 4: 15pm and got the $28 deluxe. When I got half way home I noticed the sun glaring on my dash board I could see dust so I wiped my finger across and found lots of dust, so I paid $28 for them not to wipe down my interior really? Won’t be going here no more.

This place is currently out of service, but it seems to be open on the internet. This is bad. Because I've come a long way.

5/19/2022 2: 34pm - I got the Ultra Deluxe for $28. The 1st time they ran it through wash, I was called that it was ready. But as I walked by the back tire I could see the chrome rim was not clean. So I walked around the car pointing out dirt and bugs. Finally gave up and went back to the check in stand to complain and he agreed to run it back through the wash. This time I point out dirt on the rim and the man take a gray towel and rubs the rim and show me there is no dirt. I take my finger and rubbed the rim to show him there was indeed dirt. He shrugged and walked away. I've been using Royal Car Wash for years but the last two time I've noticed they just don't care about the customer.
