Royal Dental - East Freeway, Houston TX

Worst dental place ever. I had to get an implant that I had trouble with from the beginning luckily I had a friend who knew. Dentist. Come to find out the dentist did not clean the area well. Stated to get a fever. I had an infection so bad that they had to bring another dentist in. When he took everything out. It was all black. This started out as a cap that broke off. The dentist filed it down too much. The day of the cap they forgot about me in a room. I ended up in the office for 4 hours. I spent over $7,000.00 on lots of work, and none of it came out right. I should have sewed this place. Stay away from this place!

I don't recommend this place at all. They made an appointment for my mom at another location and today we get here and they have no record of it. Very rude also.

Royal Dental I-10 East Freeway Today I had a tooth pulled and not only was Dr. Shakralla very gentle, but was also concern about the way I was feeling at all times. I was nervous at first but Ericka made me feel very comfortable. I've had a bad experience with a dentist before coming to Royal I-10 east Freeway and didn't want to see another Dentist. Dr. Shakralla and Ericka built my nerves back up again. Thank's you Ericka and Dr. Shakralla for being so caring. Theresa Jones

After visiting other dentist and becoming frustrated, I tried Royal Dentist and left out feeling excited about the treatment plan they came up with for me. The staff was very friendly and and thorough with explaining and answering any questions I had.

I got a cleansing teeth. They did very good. All people is so nice to me. I love the service and the work.

Everyone is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I have been coming here for years and years as well as my family members.

I highly recommend this location the staff is very friendly and always willing to help. My son has been attending this location for over a year and I am extremely pleased with the service they provide. We are always welcomed with warm smiles & and hugs from the ladies in the back. I love this location and their staff. Keep up the great work at Royal Dentals Guys!

Every one is very nice and explains everything clearly. I was the one with the appointment and my husband came out with mouth wash, gum and ointment for his blisters.

Giving 1 star because I couldn't give 0. Went here years ago. I would advise patients to examine their bills very closely to verify accuracy! Just saying!

Love love love Royal dental I am a transfer from Trinity Dental Royal dental is way better I recommend them to everyone! Staff is great Service is great all around Royal dental gets a 10 out of 10 in my book!

I had more than a few extractions & got my denture done last month.right before Christmas I was extremely satisfied w/ the kind dental assistants and my dentist she was awesome (Uvalde location) eventually I will be back for even more work let me just say this is the place to go kind, friendly & great work if you need a great dental office I recommend it. Total great experience I'm just being honest! Thanks to the entire staff! -

Dr Timm was great. Nice and slow wirh the needles. No pain here! Certainly will go back and will recommend to others!

They pulled the next to last teeth.not the ones i went for.still have to get the last one pulled.

Don't go here these dentists do not know what they are doing. This Place left me with a lesion on my tongue. Worst place ever

I love those who care for my teeth, they all are awesome. Dr. Fisher is truly a blessing to me and I just love Ms. Elaine she is a sweetheart. I truly love and appreciate all those who care for my teeth.

I have been going to Royal Dental for several years at Channelview/East Freeway location. The staff are very professional, experienced, friendly, caring and you can entrust your oral dental care to Royal Dental, you are in capable hands with these specialist. I can always count on Elaine to give me a Great Big Smile and Hug to start my visit off right she is Awesome! Pat who is the Dental Hygienist is Fantastic. Dr. Fisher is Exemplary in her field and she is hands down the Best Dentist I have ever had. I personally want to thank all the friendly staff at Royal Dental for accommodating my needs and always taking good care of me.

THE WORST DENTAL OFFICE IN AMERICA! I DON'T WANT TO GIVE THIS PLACE ANY STARS, BUT YOU HAVE TO GIVE AT LEAST ONE TO LEAVE THE DAMN REVIEW. TODAY IS MY DAUGHTER'S 5TH APPOINTMENT FOR THE SAME ORAL SURGERY. WE GOT THE FIRST APPOINTMENT TODAY BECAUSE WE ALWAYS WAIT LIKE 3 HOURS BEFORE SHE'S CALLED AND WE ALWAYS HAVE TO RESCHEDULE. BEEN TRYING TO GET HER WISDOM TEETH PULLED SINCE JULY. NEVER GET A MID MORNING APPOINTMENT, THEY WILL HAVE U IN HERE UNTIL CLOSING. THESE PEOPLE AT THE FRONT DESK ARE IDIOTS. THE LADY THAT DOES THE INSURANCE IS STUPID AS WELL. I HAVE NEVER LEFT A REVIEW LIKE THIS FOR ANY OTHER BUSINESS, Y'ALL NEED TO GET IT TOGETHER OR JUST SHUT THE BUSINESS DOWN! YOU SUCK!
