Older property but we'll kept. Comfortable beds. Very slippery bathtub - needs a grab bar and/or slip resistant stickers. No coffeemaker.

Nice and cozy rooms, friendly staff and Hispanics always barbecuing outside and share their food!

Checked onto the room and a snake was laying on the counter next to the sink. Manager refunded me, but said next time no refund. He don't have to worry about that, cause there won't be a next time. Make sure you check your room before you get too comfortable. You might not be alone.

I have been here a couple of hours. This is a nice basic room at a goid price. I have one point to possibly be concerned about, there is only one plug on each side of the bed, a regular two outlet plug by the door and two outlets in the bathroom so if you need to plug in two things gs next to you at night bring an extension cord, power strip or multi plug adapter. I needed my phone e because I was on call and a cpap machine.

Did not want to drive back to grand prairie so thought we get a room and stay in greenville we picked this because it was decent price for the night

This is the poorest and bad hygiene hotel in greenville TX, it deserves negative star i opened the room i saw coc roaches moving around in the bedroom and the manager or supervisor was very disrespectful with no manner.

Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Good water pressure. The staff have always been friendly and professional with me. I stay here occasionally for work, and I never have any complaints.

Seems nice and professional, but isn’t. The first room we got never had roaches but the last two had them really bad and the light didn’t work and they wouldn’t fix it. We asked for a better room on the other side they said we had to pay more for those rooms we said okay then they said they had no rooms available but their employees tell us otherwise. In otherwise they stereotype people and only give the travelers nice rooms. They say no smoking in the rooms yet their own employees smoke it up in their room they LIVE IN. They hang up on you on the phone, and in person they don’t try to fix any problems, they don’t even try to have good service. Would never recommend this place

I travel a lot.this is a nice clean hotel.the manager is nice and helpful.also can park a truck on the property no problem.and also good rates.

Wish they had a swimming pool.other than that it was a good weekend with the kids during a family event in town.we got a great group discount as well.thank you!

Roaches were in the room, the room smelled, and it looked like they hardly changed the sheets, because they smelled also. The chair in the room was broken. I didn't even sleep at all last night and praying that there isn't any bugs coming home with me. I would give zero stars. I read the reviews before staying here. Apparently I got the wrong room. Won't be back here again. No soap in room at all.

They overcharge for a mediocre room. Staff is very unorganized. We were wakened each morning at 8: 30am to be asked if we were going to stay another day- even though check out is at 11: 00am. Not a good experience.

Our car broke down and took 3 days to fix so we had to find aplace to stay with my family! Looked at many hotels but ended up staying here the manager is nice and gave us a good deal and the room was good too with 2 beds and a fridge and microwave. I mainly cared for the surrounding since i was with my family and this hotel was definitely the right hotel. Felt safe and clean room was all we needed

Terrible! I woke up to a giant cockroach on my pillow. We couldn't connect our Switch to the Wi-Fi either. Glad we just spent limited time here.

Got 2 rooms for my family in town. My uncle said it was a good hotel and since he works construction he mentioned the work they did in the room was very good

If I could give no stars I would! This is the nastiest place I have ever stayed! There’s mold all over the ceiling, burn holes in EVERYTHING! There’s even a cigarette bud on the floor! Everything is dirty, very disgusting!

Seems like the rooms were recently remodeled and the room was much nicer than anticipated. Clean rooms and didnt have any problems. It was super quiet! Even though the hotel seemed busy with many cars on the lot.
