2We are so grateful for Norma! The exceptional care that she provided during our transition from start to finish through the leasing process will never be forgotten. As well, her "welcome home gifts, " and thank-you card meant so much. Norma is such a valuable asset to the Royal Oaks of Pearland Apartments team. To date, we are thankful for our stay.
I’ve been here for almost a year and honestly this property and management has been great from day 1. Whenever I need anything, they are there as soon as I put in a request. The property is quiet and neighbors/community very friendly. I’ve never seen a rat. Couple roaches here and there, but there is pest control is called out once a week if needed. I plan on staying here for a long while. Kristin and Erica have been great! I would recommend moving here despite the negative reviews.
