17I moved to this complex, it's been almost a month but the only thing I regret is having chosen the 2nd floor, the one who lives above me, it's don't care if there is someone who lives in below him it makes noise at any time I contacted the leasing office they did not solve my problem, paying the rent but I can't have my peace before moving think before moving here.
My vehicle was stolen from under my carport here on property. There have been multiple cars that have been broken into lately and also tires stolen as well. July 18,2022, an email was sent to residents that they would start a new courtesy officer to patrol the community, but there hasn't been any consistent patrolling of the property since.
I put in a maintenance request previously to have my water filter replaced because the light was on for replacement. I was informed that a water filter is not an essential item and that they were not going to replace it. I was informed that bottles of water is an option. They informed me that water filters are on back order but I can purchase my own and they would install it. No form of reimbursement for something that goes in an appliance inside of an apartment that I am paying rent for.
The lack of security on property and theft, would be the reason I will not be renewing my lease here.
Lovely property but office staff was very strict and not very welcoming. They said they tow cars everyday. Fees were very high. I really wanted to like this place. But no. Doesn’t feel like a home. Feels like jail
Arel Alvarez is a great maintenance employee. Put in a request and the day after he showed up and fixed the issue. Very professional and explained everything well
The apartments are extremely beautiful. Love the hardwood floors, walk in closet, and amenities. However, coming from an apartment with a balcony, garden tub, and hallway & balcony closet- it was a difficult transition for me but I did enjoy my apartment.
BUT 6 months in, sitting in my apartment with the a/c continuously running even after the thermostat has been set to off for the 2nd time in a week as I write this, I have unfortunately decided I will not be renewing my lease.
Parking is terrible, but if you get home before 5pm you should be okay. My first set of neighbors were TERRIBLE! Luckily they moved out and my new neighbors have been pretty decent. My first experience with maintenance: they broke a personal item of mine that was no where near where they should have been working. I contacted the front office and they immediately apologized and said they would look into it, but never responded to me with any updates after that I then installed 2 cameras (1 outside and 1 inside). I didn’t have any problems with them after that for a while, but there were a few times our power would randomly cut off. Things were fine until my air conditioning would not turn off despite being on HEAT and then being set to off before my thermostat randomly locked and the air continuing to run. It was 27 degrees outside and had dropped down to 52 degrees in my apartment, which I felt should have been considered urgent (but maybe it wasn’t). It took the maintenance man 3 hours before coming, but by that time my air finally stopped (about an hour before he came). He seemed extremely sweet and was apologetic, which I’m sure was genuine because they usually come quickly. Few days later I started seeing pests in my apartment and immediately made a work order. I know for some places pest control comes on certain days so I wasn’t upset about not seeing them the next day. What has bothered me, and led to my decision is: less than a week my air is constantly running again despite being set to OFF, and when I put the work order in I noticed my pest order said it was completed. That’s untrue as I have been home every day due to break, and even if I wasn’t, there are cameras in my apartment and on my front door.
The front office ladies are extremely nice, never rude- as is maintenance- but somewhere between the conversations and the actual actions seem to be a disconnect in my experience that my rent is personally too high for especially in just the first 6 months. I do hate that I have had this experience, because without these acknowledged issues, it would have been 5 stars from me. If you don’t have a problem that calls for maintenance, this place is perfect! If you need maintenance, I can guarantee it’ll get addressed, I just can’t speak for how smooth the process will be. Every place has room to grow though

Love love love these apartments! Hands down the most informative and helpful leasing professional I've worked with. We had our home for sale and toured this property and Nikolle took the time to really make us feel welcome. The layout is perfect for our family and we love our apartment.
I love the layout of the apartments. The gym, pool area, and around the apartments is always clean and well kept. Front staff is nice!
The community is beautiful, I took a tour and the staff was amazing and answered all my questions i definitely applied to live here! Thankyou to the staff being so patient with me.

I looooove these apartments. People can say what they want but I’m very impressed. I’ve been here for about 3 months and have no complaints. I also read other reviews in regards to these apartments and I feel as though they’ve considered each negative review and tried to change some things bc I don’t see ANY problems that were of concern prior to the new management that hadn’t been taken care of. I feel safe, welcome and I love how spacious my apartment is. People can say what they want but I love it here. Oh and I don’t have roaches in my apartment lol people fail to realize that sometimes pests depend on YOUR OWN CLEANLINESS!

I just moved in 2 weeks ago and I love the spacious apartment and the grounds are beautiful. I had a leak under my sink because the garbage disposal was not connected properly. Within 2 hours of putting in a request, maintenance was here and fixed it immediately. It was great!
So I just moved 2 days ago! For one the ladies in the front office is so rude for two my refrigerator isn’t working call front office she sent maintenance then I was told I had to wait until Monday until another maintenance guy arrive then I was told to go to another vacant apt and use their refrigerator until they replace mine! Then the killer part it’s roaches EVERYWHERE like the apartment couldn’t been fully walk through! Like this is the worst experience ever and really regret moving here the apartment is nice and spacious but ummm I could do without
DO NOT MOVE HEREEEEE, THEY DEFINITELY DESERVE 0 STARS! EVERYTHING ABOUT THESE APARTMENTS ARE A SCAM!
