R&S Barbecue, Waco TX

Update! I've been all over Waco and this is the absolute best BBQ here. From the amazing staff and beautiful sitting area, and let me tell you.if you haven't had their banana pudding.you are missing out and don't forget to get some of their chilli beans. Some of the best sauce if you desire it, but all in all the taste of the meat carries it's own weight. 10 out of 10 this is the place to eat.

Luv me sum R&S BBQ! The food is amazing and the service is equally awesome!
I always get the 2 meat w Ribs & Brisket and Mac n chz…the only thing I change up is, sometimes I get the chili beans and other times I get the potato salad…and I ALWAYS have enough food leftover for dinner!

I've eaten here a couple of times and the food was good but the last two times it had either a strong lighter fluid or liquid smoke taste

I had a briscet 1 meat plate with potato salad and chili beans. The food was off the chart good. The brisket would melt in your mouth and the flavor was perfect. The sides are just as good. The dining area was spotless as was the bathroom. You can tell they take pride in every aspect of their business. This is one of the few places I would have given 6 stars to if there was a 6th star. Too bad it is 800 miles from where I live.

Took a chance on R&S BBQ, And I am glad I did. The Ribs were fall off the bone & the Brisket was very tender. Links very good also. The place was very clean. I Highly recommend. The workers were very nice.

As someone with a discerning palate, I can confidently say that R & S Barbecue is a cut above the rest. From the moment I met the owner, Sharon Davis, I knew that I was in for a treat. Her warm and inviting demeanor set the tone for what was to come - an exceptional dining experience that exceeded all expectations.

The food, prepared by Sharon's husband Richard, was nothing short of sensational. Every bite of the BBQ was packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. The ribs were tender, the brisket was juicy, and the pulled pork was melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The sides were just as impressive, with the mac and cheese and baked beans being standouts.

Compared to other BBQ places in Waco, R & S Barbecue is hands down the best. The attention to detail and the care that goes into each dish is evident in every bite. But what sets this restaurant apart is the incredible hospitality of the owners. Sharon's sweet and welcoming vibe combined with Richard's culinary expertise creates a dining experience that is truly unforgettable.

In summary, I give R & S Barbecue a resounding five stars If you're looking for the best BBQ in town, look no further than this hidden gem.

What a great find! We were warmly greeted and shown what foods were offered. We tried links, brisket and ribs with green beans and chili beans. All was delicious but links and brisket were the stars. Also the sauce is more of a vinegar flavor than sugar, which is our jam. Would absolutely recommend this restaurant.
