If you want your time wasted and poor care then go here. This office is always having to reschedule my appointments and of course right before they are scheduled after having to wait months for an appointment. The staff is rude and if you leave a message for the medical assistant they won't call you back and after a week I call back and I got a response of "well you're not the only patient". This has been the worst experience ever with a Dr.do not go here. Now I have to start my care all over with another Dr and have to wait again with pain all because this one wasted my time. And last but not least good luck getting through to them because they will not answer the phone, again they just like to waste your time

Just called to try and schedule and appointment, took multiple tries as no one would answer. Just waited on hold. Finally got an answer and receptionist was rude. No need for that.

Horrible medical assistant that is very rude. Very hard to get an appointment. Harder to get results and a straight answer. I’m so disappointed. I was also talked down to and made to feel guilty for having gotten a second opinion which turns out I needed. I’m very sad and disappointed in this office and had to file an ethics complaint with Providence. Charting was changed and lies happened and trust was lost.

Ever sense I was referred with Dr. Ramirez by my primary doctor I have not been able to get an appointment with Dr. Ramirez I have been seen by the Nurse practitioner Karina Mosier, even though she has been very helpful and attentive I have not been able to see the doctor, so ever sense my last visit with her I was supposed to have a follow up visit with Dr. Ramirez and ever sense they have been rescheduling my appointments at least 4 times. So the last one was yesterday. I arrived to the clinic exactly at 3: 30 the time of my appointment, but the parking lot was all packed and I was forced to parked way far and walked to the building and once there the elevator they have is super slow and it stop at every floor, so I was 10 min late, as soon as I arrived there I was not greeted well by the staff. Just to have them tell me that Ramirez was no going to see me. This is the worse experience I have ever had with any Dr. Very Unprofessional. To be rescheduled for months and months

Is the office of Dr Ramirez open? I have been calling for two weeks, everyday, and no body answers the phone and there is not an option to leave a message

Good afternoon, I am very disappointed with the whole experience, I was told that I would have my colonoscopy in August, then they rescheduled for September, then they rescheduled for October then November and then they changed Hospitals 2 days before the procedure and by then I was pretty much done with these people, this doctor everyone involved with this doctor, my only ride is my 82 year old mother and she can only drive short distances and we live near Sierra Hospital and they wanted to move me to del Sol, which is definitely too far. I was moved around like a piece on a board game and I am never going back to that doctor, even if I’m dying. They show no simpathy or remorse. I guess vacations are a priority and life is not!

Best hepatologist in town. He's very helpful and very patient thank you very much Dr Ramirez

Never had to endure this kind of negligence at a Physicians office in el paso, waited in rm for 2 hrs and wasn't told Dr. Was out doing a procedure, left office and will file complaint with TMB, keeps changing appointments and then doesn't see you, this is an office you have to avoid, Rosa was no help just makes excuses, 2 diabetics haven't eaten and waited since 1130 until 130.

Wait time was minimal. Office was very clean and the staff and NP Jose Ruiz were awesome.

Dr. Ramirez is very knowledgeable and takes his time explaining everything in detail to me. His staff was very polite and helpful over the phone.

Everything went well. The staff provided outstanding service. The young lady at the main entrance was very friendly and attentive as well. And I appreciated that they called me to see if I wanted to be there earlier since there were cancellations. Dr. Ramirez informed and explained the procedure to me and ask if I had and questions: not only he was very professional but also his staff. I highly recommend this facility.

Dr. Ruben Ramirez has great bedside manners and professionalism. He devotes all his attention to the Patient and takes his time explaining very thoroughly.

This is the best place. Everyone was very professional, I was impressed on how well organized they are at the colonoscopy center. Dr. Ramírez is very kind and explained the procedure to me. The staff is the best. I’m very happy I went to Dr. Ramírez. I highly recommend Dr. Ramírez. Thank you
